@@OkaforAnthonia-xx6ml if is for your body you can get a tumeric or vitamin c body scrub and us 2 times weekly. You can also you on your face if it says body and face. And alsways moisturize very well after scrubbing.

Clean and clear exfoliates the skin, it contains sacylic acid and should not be used everyday while simple is for soothing, it's safe for everyday use

Use a body oil afterwards. The cream tends to make your skin matte cos it doesn’t have oil in it
