i think its a fake, because signal light frequenzy is at least 20% too high.

people need to listen to the revs it went up to 5000rmp. if this was the 1.8t he wouldnt be changing gear that early it would go up to about 7000rpm.

@mrchrismacdonald LOL....try to go 5000 rpm 2nd gear and put 3rd as fast as you can....rpm will drop instantly allmost...its a diesel.i trust that this video is not fake.....look at the signals intermitent at normal speed

Definately fake my friend. The revs drop far too fast on gear changes. A true TDI would take longer to drop from 5,000 to 3,500. Why not just post a true video?

@AndiVali es ist schon der 1.9 tdi, auf jeden fall isses ein diesel, das sieht man am drehzahlmesser. und ich kenn keinen 3 liter diesel in einem a3, auch wenn ein 3.0tdi bestimmt geil wäre in dem auto xD

Still not convinced, my neighbour has the same car and I've got a Leon.. both VAG vehicles and ARL TDI's .Turn signal indicators of the A3 and my Leon repeat at about a 0.45 sec rate... the one in the video about 0.32. Quick math makes it about 1,40x acceleration which could well explain the average 0-100 for a 1.9, let's assume stock ARL, in about 8,2secs.. and thus 1,40 x 5,9 = 8,2. And 5,9s 0-100 for a 1.9TDI? Could be but let's see some facts like torque, hp, what kinda stagetuning ;-)

i am normally not a fake screamer but this is one! why no sound, the tachometer moves unnormaly fast and you cant shift that fast with a manual transmission so -> not cool
