Hey. I use both the buttons to mute and faders depending on what I'm doing. The fader gives a more smoother mute rather than a sharp cut off like the button does. In fast paced ones I mute with slider so it's ready to fade new track in. 👍

It's playing a remix deck that has loops and samples on it. If your wanting to control hot cues on a standard deck, hold shift and brows together on the f1 to put it into midi mode.

Most of the time yer it is recorded via traktor, the maschine in this video is set in midi mode to control features in traktor. But When using with maschine2 the audio is routed to same sound card as traktor and recorded on the laptop either with screen recorder or simple audio recorder.

It's an f1 controller. In this video it is controlling the stem files (controls vocals, bass etc) but it can be used for other stuff also.

It's not a remix that's been released or anything.

I cut loops from tracks using capture function and put them into a slot of the remix deck.

@@SwankyBC How did you get them Longer than 32 Beat count? One last thing did you Set them as 1 shots all to loops?

There not cue buttons in this video there control for stems. That's why there different colour. All done via mapping in controller settings. .

No just have it in midi mode (hold shift and browse together on the f1)

I don't have that map anymore but I will see if I still have it somewhere.

There is a link button in both traktor & maschine, when both on they sync and quantize together.

I convert my mp3s via mossies and create the stem flie with native instruments stems creator.

Both are running and sharing the sound card, they are bpm and quantized together with the link button in traktor, you can launch samples and instruments on an f1 in traktor, can make 1 shot samples . You build a remix set but set the samples to one shot only not loop.

Thanks. Yer normaly it is, I feel I remember right in traktor setting menu under f1 you can change it.
