A few years ago I bought a dog. There was 1 male and 1 female dog left in the litter. I took the male dog home and named him Slate. A couple days went by before I realized that my dog was definitely a female. I said, well, I guess we gotta name her Caitlyn Jenner or something like that. My witty wife said, no, I really like the name Lola. It took me a minute before I realized she was referencing this song. Now I love my dog and her name! (At the time my mother asked me how I didn't notice the gender right away, to which I responded "I'm not even married mom, how would I know what a vagina looks like!) Hopefully somebody gets a laugh here.
