By far the largest windowpainting I ever did‼️ I got to paint the huge windows of @kvsbrussels! 🎭 For the opening of their new season they wanted a real eyecatcher and so they called on me to tackle this 9 by 25 meter glass behemoth! #letschangethealgorithm

A little while ago the owners of Restaurant STEK contacted me with a nice challenge... Getting rid of an ugly gate at their summer bar 'RIO The Secret Garden'! 🌴 Immediately I had the idea to (finally) collaborate with graffiti artist TUZQ for this project. 👌 Together we made 'the eyesore' disappear and turned it into a real eye-catcher! 💪 Check out the painting process here...

Hey, it was a temporary windowpainting so I used regular indoor wall paint. I did use some templates on the inside of the windows for some of the design. Hope this helps ;)

Always nice to see gold leaf windows. Well done... To offer some professional critique, it would have been better to do the gold letter first and the black shade after. The you wouldn't have the broken gold on the back of the shade. Consistent appearance from the back should be considered too.
Can you please answer do you use nazdar for masking ? And you also use second layer of varnish?
Do you use the same black for covering ?
How do you suggest heating the gelatin mix when you're on location? I think I see a thermos being used lol. Also, how did you get the words 'lingerie' to sort of pop through?
Hello, I'm sorry I didn't notice your comment earlier! I always just heat the gelatin mix in a pot on a stove and than I pour it in a thermos so it stays warm... I do use nazdar for backing up the goldleaf and after that I apply an extra layer of varnish to protect the artwork. Hope this helps ;)

Love it, I done my dad a big 2 person saw for over his yard gate as practice looks not too bad but looking back now I think I could've done better, think I was stuck in a rut but now the better weather is here I think you just need to keep at it to get better with practice, anyway I learned one thing, you don't need to pinstripe everything you can just doodle and it still looks cool, thanks bro keep em coming great stuff.
