The left shift is a very important tool, it can be the difference between life and death, it's basically a stun that if hit is a great move, even if you're not low, it can help your teammates to hit massive damage on a enemy. Your E is a damage boost for your teammates, now the right click and E can't be put together so it's important to balance them well but if you're teammates are full health I would recommend using it, especially if they have a ult ready. Your F is very similar but for yourself, just a damage boost again, works well with the left shift. Your ult (Q) is basically a massive area of healing and is highly recommended when someone else is using a ult as it can negate most of the damage. Healer can be a hard job but you did a great job.
