Interestingly, section 4 of the rescue diver manual says to not bother putting in the reg of an unresponsive diver found underwater... just saying Otherwise, nice video!

Not safe at all
the rescuer has to deflate he's BCD due to expanding air that if he decided to ascend by using the victim BCD he can add air into the victim BCD by keepin the lp victim in hes hand so when he reach at serface he can inflate the victim BCD inflate he's BCD, hey guys when you acting act in a safe way , remember not safe to act as reality

The difficult part is giving artificial breath on the surface while pushing him into boat/swim to shore. So exhausting
