finally ended my finals yesterday so going to start posting my travel backlogs hehehe first up, madrid! didn't spend a lot of time here but it was a nice lil escape from newcastle :) sososo happy to have llao llao again (my fav) and also highly recommend Hanso Cafe, especially their banana latte!!! hope you enjoy this vlog and barcelona coming up~

My uni cooking consisted of sweet and sour chicken and microwave snacks. How admirable to be a boss in the kitchen like you are. I think your bowl is cute, but at the same time, it kind of reminds me of a dogs bowl lol sorry to say. It's just the size lol

PLEASE BREAKFAST RECEPIEEER
for banana loaf mix: - 1 big ripe mashed banana (or 2 small) - 2 eggs - 3 tbsp coconut oil - 4 tbsp greek yogurt - 80g coconut sugar sift in: - 250g oat flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 2 tsp cinnamon & bake at 180°C for 55-60mins
for chia seed pudding mix: - 2 tbsp chia seeds - 125ml milk - splash vanilla extract - 1 tsp honey & refrigerate overnight :)
