The European Campus of City-Universities (EC2U) is a multi-cultural and multi-lingual Alliance consisting of 8 long-standing, education- & research-led universities from diverse regions of the European Union.
The members of the EC2U Alliance are: the University of Coimbra (Portugal), Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi (Romania), the University of Jena (Germany), the University of Pavia (Italy), the University of Poitiers (France), the University of Salamanca (Spain), the University of Linz (Austria) and the University of Turku (Finland).

Fostering Gender Equality at the University Through Policy and Practice - RI4C2 Masterclasses
This masterclass offers a reflection on how to foster gender equality at the university through policy and practice.
In the first part of this masterclass, Catherine Rannoux, Professor of French and Stylistics at the University of Poitiers and head of the Equality and Diversity Task Force, presents recent measures and actions introduced by the University to promote gender equality, diversity, and combat discrimination. As President of the Select Academic Board, she shares experiences and reflections on developing a policy of substantive equality and the university's role in the contemporary world.

Who gives a crap
I don't understand why this "pseudoculture" of forcing the entry of "ideologies based on a lack of logic" into science continues to be encouraged? Science has no sex, and no one cares about the sexual preferences of scientists... Scientists have to be valued based on their publications and achievements... and not "privileging" or even "protecting" a niche narrow group of people who identify as LBTQ+, as if they were "animals on the verge of extinction" and who seek "privileges" and not simple equality. We are in 2024, and in all areas, there is equal rights. With absurd leftist (socialist) "policies", we are reaching an overwhelming situation
disgusting woke drivel.
Leave the gender alone. There only have 2 genders.
