Very funny personal challenge to take on, but I really recommend using heatsinks instead of beam !

No, I'm just using a PS5 controller. The sensivity is a bit strange, it feels like the movements are jerky
@@V_E_L-T_R_0 Yeah, but without flight assist, you should always countersteer with your control stick in order to arrest a ships rotation. How do you do it? It looks extremely smooth in the video.

Y a pas de soucis. On a tous débuté un jour. Pour les siphons et bien ils vont protéger mon vaisseau en absorbant les dégâts caustiques. Après la destruction du coeur d'un intercepteur il est susceptible de lancer des missiles qui font des dégâts caustiques si la température de mon vaisseau était trop élevée.

why does every ax build guide say use rails and not ax multis? this looks a lot easier than faffing with rails.
I guess you're talking about Gauss. Well, it's true that using AX multicannons is much easier. But Gauss cannons are so much more efficient in terms of damage. They grant access to interceptors clearly inaccessible to multicannons. You'll very rarely see a Medusa solo with multicannons, which is very common with Gauss

Yes, the little Eagle can actually kill an Orthrus, but it requires 3 advanced missile racks with rapid fire/multi-servos engineering and expensive AX synthesis for each missiles, which requires Guardian materials

The enhanced AX multi-cannons are a blessing they are better for taking out Scouts and Hunters and hearts. Guardian weapons can be useful for softening up a interceptor.

Impressive! Quick question tho, does the heat vent beams get colder with bigger size?
The effect is indeed amplified, and you can get colder faster with a larger thermal beam, but caution is necessary. If the beam is too big for the power distributor, the opposite effect can occur, and the ship may overheat nonetheless.

Unfortunately yes. But I wouldn't say 'exploit' in the sense that I'm not trying to 'exploit,' but you are right, the 'non-fire' bug does tarnish this kill more due to the rearming issue it implies, in fact... That being said, I will redo this kill when FDev fixes the issue (if they manage to do so...)

Oui ! C'est limite plus stressant que le combat 😂 C'est pour avoir l'absolue certitude qu'il n'y a eu aucun damage. Il se peut parfois que tu te prenne genre un petit projectile de l'essaim et que tes modules affichent 100% malgré tout. Ne pas avoir à réparer sur le Fleet est une preuve irréfutable du zéro damage
Calme, rigueur, patience, gestion de la chaleur > Beau boulot ! :D Le gameplay "Flak" est intéressant De mon expérience, j'ai constaté qu'on perd l'aggro à une distance d'environ 7km Je n'ai jamais été confronté au bug "intercepteur perd son intérêt et sort de l'instance" ?! Ca arrive à quel distance de l'intercepteur ?
La perte d'aggro dépend de la chaleur de ton vaisseau. Plus tu es froid plus il y a un risque de la perdre à de courte distance. Ce qui est très gênant pour l'AX. Personnellement, aux alentours des 4km5 je parviens à la perdre en Silent Running ce qui arrive très régulièrement avec le Basilisk. Ça se voit lorsque l'essaim interromp brutalement son attaque et revient vers l'intercepteur

Vraiment Bravo ! Une détermination hors du commun ! Devoir ouvrir un coeur Medusa et flinguer le coeur avec seulement 2 gauss , le tout à faire en 10 heat-sink, sinon faut tout recommencer … Et faire ça 6 fois… pfffiouuu immense respect ! You can set a keybind to target subsystems. Utterly indispensable when fighting these interceptors with the AXMCs.
