A lot of work and dedication/ adherence to “the lifestyle “. Diet, training, super sups etc

Because Baywatch meant training really hard, starving himself, only eating extremely low calorie foods so he was always in a deficit so that he could maintain a body fat low enough to have that kind of body. The hulk body means he can eat a whole lot more big fatty protein rich foods and can bench a much more impressive weight. He’s still likely cut a bit and maybe not drank water to show off the abs whilst being that big but overall he’s less hungry in that shape.
