How are you doing now? Sounds like you are on the right path to me! You are probably in the stage I call (this for that)... when we start exercising we trade fat pounds for muscle pounds. I am vlogging my Lap band journey too. Hopefully we will update us soon!

Hi, i just had my LB surgery on June 11th of this year. I picked 600mg +vitamin D chocolate chewables and Alive -Women chewable multi-vitamins. Both under $8 at Wal-Mart. Best of luck to you. My time of the month is kicking in and my chocolate cravings have creeped up on me. Other than that over all (combined with pre &post) I've lost 33 pounds starting from 288lbs. Yay!

I lost my mom in January of 2014 and me and her talked about the lapband and she was so happy for me. My mom had a stoke and not even a month after her 50th birthday she passed she I said to my self girl get off your butt and do what you told your mom you would do so I started the process.
