14:14 is why M is my least favorite character in the game. Sure he had a family and wanted out from his crew, but he sold them out to the feds (not to mention getting one unalived). If he wanted to cut ties, he should have just made it clear to the crew and whatever happens after that, happens. It would have been more honorable in my opinion. You don't rat on one family just because you taken a liking to the other.

This was supposed to be uploaded at 12PM but I guess because I closed RUclips while it was still uploading and not processing yet it completely disrupted the upload process.

I killed Derrick because he's a sad old grasser. He grassed. Plus, Francis gets rid of your wanted level if you call him while you're getting chased by the police. Kiki does it for you too, but you can dump her now that you have Francis. Kiki then becomes a stalker and it adds another level of fun to the game then.

Thanks to the EU for forcing Apple to allow emulation, we can now emulate GTA Vice City Stories on iOS and iPadOS via PPSSPP. I have the widescreen fix, Project 2DFX, and HD Textures just to attempt to make the game look better. Maybe soon they might make a mobile adaptation mod similar to other games that got ported to mobile and a complete texture overhaul and improved time cycle.
