Very good, why is there no server in the connections?
Thanks for this video ♥️♥️
There is no default gateway.🥴
Thank you so much
Very helpful, thank you!
very helpful
Thank you!
what software are you using in this video to setup sample network maps?
Cisco Packet Tracer. Its free to use, just have to make an account login.
CISCO Packet Tracer, it's available on multiple operating systems. I'm hoping to get a guide on how to install for all operating systems onto my website later this week. comp-networks.breezy-codes.com
very valuable video, ping works to server and same LAN but unable to ping the other pc in different LAN, why is that?
Thank you very much dear, it is very helpful.
You're most welcome!
Thanks for the amazing video, u helped me and my friend, big like, keep going with amazing work !!
Thank you!
I have been stuck with this for 2days. You are a life saver <3.
You're welcome! I hope it makes sense now.
saved my life for final project for school. Thanks!

You're most welcome!
Very Helpful keep uploading these kind of Videos
Thanks for the feedback, I'm planning to!
didi bahut bak bak kari aapne... easy tha
Was troubleshooting for 1 hour, cound't find a solution. I just forgot to put the defalut gateway to the DHCP server. What a dumbass i am. Thank you for the help!
damn u just solved the issue i had for 3 hours
i did that, does it assign the default gateway to the pcs as well? because my pings are not working and clicking on them, they don't have default gateways.
@@cjay4152i dont think it did😭
@@cjay4152 I think it does, but maybe you forgot to put the helper address on the router or the pools on the DHCP server?
Fantastic, very nice, simple and clear.
Thanks!
Perfect and easy explanation. You have an amazing voice too!!
Thanks so much!
What does it mean when an ip overlaps
same ip address is used on another device I guess
You have to make the subnets smaller
Your video is not working. First. How does the CLI know the "g0/0" parameter. It is not assigned anywhere. It tells me that such a parameter does not exist. Second. The second Switch only sees the Server but does not see the computers. I did everything step by step according to your video :)
g0/0 is the connection done with the cable, it may be different for you if you selected to connect to a different port.
This video was very informative. Thanks! 💞
what an easy and briefly explained video is that wow thanks in advance
Great explanation for a beginner like myself
Can you make a video by using a multilayer switch instead of a router in this video, and with those 2 switches, put another switch as the 3rd and enable all 3 as separate vlans with 1 DHCP server. please
AS people have said, you do seem to have a gift for this.
Thanks so much, because of your tutorial I finally managed to communicate between my WIFI computer and my LAN connected computer. You finally made an end to my suffering trying to get it to work. Cheers !
Nice! can you do Layer 3 switch? tx
It's a good one for the beginner. completed my 1st practice with this vdo. I feel it could be more better if increase font size and/or zoom-in on cli part. For my curiosity about the subnet mask for the 1st router IP (IP: 10.1.1.1 subnet mask used: 255.255.255.0). If anyone can help me out. Looking forward for complex setup with security.
Thanks for the tutorial! Will you be doing more PacketTracer tutorials?
I'm hoping to do some more soon!
I hope you're still active..... can you make a vid about 1 dhcp server connected to a switch and the switch has 2 routers connecting to it? please, im dying to know to learn about this one (if this is possible), because I tried doing it but only one router gets the IP from the DCHP server, the other one was assigned by the APIPA. Thank you in advance!!!
i think u should use RIP, OSPF which one, cause they provide connetcions with routers
By far the best tutorial I have seen for beginners. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with different permutations and combinations which has given me deeper understanding of packet tracer than I could imagine.
Quick question. How is that setting up the server as the DHCP for the network. It looks like the router was configured to handle the DHCP. The actual server box wasn't even configured nor the services turned on for DHCP.
Thank you sister. Great work.
You're most welcome
I couldn’t ping pc’s connected to right side switch with the pc’s connected to the left side switch. Can anyone out there help me with the problem i am facing? Also I don’t want to use any l3 switch I just want to get this fixed with out interfering with the same layout used in video 🙂
I have the same problem
On the DHCP settings on the server you can try setting the default gateway on serverpool to the same you use for the others. It might solve the problem as I did.
@@freddysandoval2549 Thanks its working now
Another great tutorial. Nice one!
Glad you liked it!
I usually don't comment But you deserve more views and love
Thank you!
Great tutorial! I never knew you could obtain IP address through a router. Sub'd
Thanks!
Thanks so much for this video, can you explain why pinging a switch 2 device from switch 1 failed?
I am having the same experience.
I was able to rectify the issue. Use a multilayer switch as the core router to route traffic from one switch to the other.
@@patsley Oh, thank you! I will try this
@@patsleycan you let me know how can we overcome this pinging problem without using l3 switch I just want to get devices from both subnets pinged each other just with the router with the same layout used in video
@@satyamanikanta2818 I don’t really know how to do this, but try configuring the cables connecting to the switches as trunk interfaces. This could enable inter-VLAN communication. Search for videos on YT on how to do this.
Thank you
You're welcome
can i add printer and telephone on this network? how would i configure it and verify if it's working? Thank u new sub here!
Yes you can
Thank you sooooooo much!
