I signed up for a free trial after watching this webinar on April 17, 2024. I have been UNABLE TO CANCEL the trial subscription. I have called all the phone numbers I can find for InfoDefender/Sontiq and I have NOT been able to reach anyone. I have emailed all the email addresses I can find and I receive bounce back messages saying "email not monitored". The cancellation policy suggests that I can cancel via my "dashboard" but there is no mechanism to do so. I have alerted my credit card company that any charges are not authorized - I cannot believe I've had to go to these lengths. Sorry but this reflects poorly on CARP. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL MONTH if you feel you might want to cancel.

Good debate. To be fair, it's gonna be Tory vs Gil. I'm still deciding on who to vote, though I do think Tory will win again. He just has too many lobbied for him. Listening to Gil Penalosa (Gilberto Pen1alosa) it was inevitable to think of his brother, one spoke but listened to the other: (1) For the housing crisis in Toronto Gil Penalosa proposed to make city land available for private builders to build them, just like his brother Enrique as mayor of Bogota, who changed land use to dozens of city lots to give them to private companies where relatives and people close to him became owners of large apartment buildings and shopping malls, even protected natural areas such as natural wetlands surrounding the city were declared urbanization zones and were covered to build buildings with expensive apartments. The housing problem for the poorest was never fixed. Another solution according to Gil is for large homes to be divided into 3 or 4 family units, the owner lives in one and rents out the other 2 or 3, how many homeowners in Toronto are going to want to downsize to a third or a quarter of the current size? And if they don't want to do it Gil Penalosa as mayor is going to force them, just like his brother expropriated houses in Bogota for projects he called of general interest? (2) Mobility, Gil speaks of expanding roads, as did his brother in Bogota and again the expropriation was the strategy because in the general interest required fast roads and mass transit, and built the Transmilenio (Bogota's transport system) with resources of the city and gave them to private companies to manage it, SIDAUTO a company where he and his family have shared has been the main administrator and they have created other companies affiliated to SIDAUTO with which the administration of Transmilenio is changed, but it is always Peñalosa family business. (3) They talk about parks and both claim to have been the creators of several parks in Bogota, Enrique's flag in Bogota was that and the strategy was based on felling trees to create park floor, chairs, cement fountains that contracted with another company in which the family had shared. He even filled the city with space markers in streets, sidewalks and parks that he called bollards, they were made of cement that came from the same company.
