Business Class cabin looked outdated!!!

I had fish & potatoes and got sick when I arrived in LA. Diagnosed with food poisoning on that food choice. I had the same experience w the remote control and the USB power connection was out of order. PAL-TTH as in Trying Too Hard. I’ll try EVA or Cathay Pacific next time. $1,200 cheaper too.

I’m curious, will the middle rows of business class be able to store their carry on luggage on the sides? How strict are they with the carry on weight and sizes because I saw some comments about it being being very strict.

Hey Buddy, cut the crap. I,have flown PAL business class . The inflight entertainment doesn’t work . The seats are broken and don’t recline. I have eaten better food in prison. It’s a total waste of money. Fly economy and pay a little extra for an emergency row seat. Also the flight attendants in economy are very Gwapa ( beautiful) .

Nice review thank you, I'm not sure what you meant by no seat covers, they normally don't have seat covers. Food looked great. The Apex seat I think is the most comfortable in the sky especially the privacy in the window seat when you put the divider up it's like having your on cabin.

I would prefer the "Espace Affaires" of Air France when I fly to Paris Charles De Gaulle currently from Singapore hopefully someday they will have a direct flight to Manila a big "Bonjour et Bienvenue" to them again.

How empty/full was your business cabin ? Planning to travel with our two kids and contemplating if we should just chance it & 🤞🏻there are upgrades available from premium to business.

We have never been on a Royal Caribbean cruise and want to take our two boys (ages 1 and 5). Been watching videos to decide which ship. This one looks like it has activities for the whole family

Last flown was three years ago with PAL, Business cabin still outdated and uncomfy. Food still looks the same, but filling through out the flight. The FA's seems to be more accommodating, friendlier and not stuck-up from previous years I had flown PAL. The most horrendous about PAL are the terminals when you arrive. The AC not working, pax walk-away smells like mildew and the carpet looks old with stains. For a direct flight to MNL, this was very convenient for me if I have a limited days leave to spare. Otherwise, my preferred airlines are ANA, ASIANA and JAL. Thank you for the update on PAL.

The worst business class seat. Not laying flat, no privacy, TV is too far ahead. Not for a long haul flight

The correct spelling of the city is "Taipei" and pronounced "Tai-pay". You kept having it as "Taipe" which is incorrect.

Sorry to hear you had a poor experience, I heard that they were renovating the 777 to be as comfortable as the A350, but it looks like that hasn’t happened by the experience you had. I’m not looking forward to my flight from Manila to Toronto now as I am a,so flying the 777. My flight to Manila is on the A350 so at least I have one flight on the newer ✈️.

When they first started the Toronto-Manila flight, the business class fare matched with their seat configuration, food quality.....A few months later the fare goes up and is in the same level as EVA Air, Korean Air, ANA etc. There is no reason to fly PR particularly when the final destination is not Manila or any city in the Philippines. Absolutely not competitive

I dont get the 2-3-2 config on a long haul flight. I would rather do a 1-2-1 sure its not as "wide open" but at least i have privacy. This just seems like an elongated economy seating.

I heard Philippine Airlines is expensive but good choice for families. I flew my mother from Chicago to Manila last week on ANA First Class both ways for about $200 US and points. about a $60,000 value
