Ok, this AI is so freaking bad I cannot listen any longer.
I love the book, it's dark and a bit grim but I was thirteen first read through and it made me meditate and study government science practices. In my hometown , Peoria there's a government Ag Lab where they created a biological which attacks all pollen plants. This is verifiable, not me making a lie up for attention. It was originally for Russia. But we realized it would kill all plant life within a year. So it is locked away. NOT destroyed... Mmm.
AI sucks, I choose non AI even a terrible amateur over AI
Naration very bad
Books with the captioning like this are great for dyslexic people. It helps them improve their reading abilities
Outstanding content! I learned so much.
From an everyday AIRPORT, from everyday PEOPLE, to everyday DOINGS... (excepting that STORMY RUNWAY), can only Arthur Hailey ""whip up"" those THOUSANDS "n THOUSANDS of words depicting otherwise """EXCEPTIONAL GOINGS ON""" with exceptional people in this gi-normous three volumed book.!!!!!
My favorite King Book! I remember when I found the Original unedited Hardcover for the first time and I still have it. The first time through (even if you saw the Miniseries first) is a complete journey in self-discovery. Every time after that, it reads like a reminder of who to be and who NOT to be. And always a reminder that ALL power is eventually subject to the power of the Almighty God.
2:26:40 Ch6
it took awhile but I finally realized he was pronouncing Frani as Fran and I. I kept wondering who I was, but never the less it was a good listen
Your garbage AI reader is garbage.
while i enjoy to the fullest, SK books,,, i detest A I narrators ... sorry dude. gotta hit you up a Thumbs down for it
Ummm a brit sounding AI...for Salems Lot???? Lololol you just killed the whole thing.
Amazing the amount of crybabies in comments, just go buy audiobook, at least its free here
1:13:53 Ch4
Digital voice 😒 Its a boring read.
L L 'll 😊
I would love it if King wrote an account of the List Family murders
My favorite King book! Thank u. Kind of happening in our world now!! Crazy
As The Stand is my favorite of Stephen King's and is such an awesome book, I have read it several times. Due to its length, I was surprised and excited to see it on audiobook. Thank you so very much for giving me, and others, this chance of hearing the full book read aloud. I have so enjoyed listening to this and very much appreciate the recording and what you have done.
If ripped out 500 pages, it would be a great book. Like all of Stephen King‘s books he talks about nothing for chapters.
Worse narration of a novel I have ever heard
Hey asshholes: where the fuck are chapters 43-50? You grotesque bait-dicks can forever eat shir
The
The way he says Frynye lol
ai sucks.
Now that I've gotten to the fourth video - it occurred to me to ask lol... Is this the original publication or the unabridged version? I'm going through the Dark Tower and decided to pit stop on The Stand before reading Wizard and Glass! Loving the story so far!
AI dude can't say Chevy, 😂,keep on rocking, I love s king, might even subscribe ❤
People complaining about AI voice....its free people calm down😂
I won’t complain about the reader. I have never heard this book read aloud and it brings back a lot of fond memories. Besides, there has been a lot of problems with “too good” AI being used for nefarious purposes recently.
I think you should continue the Sherlock Holmes series
This was the worst
Take ur broke ass and by it, nobody owes u the perfect version, it's free
He sure does use a lot of racial slurs for a democrat.
Wait this is just chapter 1
So good
😊king
Good , great, I read this book more than once and watched movie. But good to listen. Only issue is when the Initials are read out using computer language.
People complain like they were forced to listen
1:08:02
54:43 yeah he said it nigger children(mind you we have nothing to do with this story 57:59 except for negative comments)which I'm glad because he keeps it teal the hate not said 2 my face these days by crackers
I put at 1.25 speed.
I literally cant stand this AI BS. Like being read to by a shitty 80s robot in movies.
One of the best King's Book's,much better then the original Dracula Story, anyway King is the best Story -teller.I like all his Books!
M M M M M M M 😂
Susan will be leaving gene pool soon
Best version of a bad group. English accents for a Maine story is kinda wrong, but the others available were just bad readers.
Hi! 50 yrs ago I read all the LM Montgomery books, I was in love with all her characters. To get a different perspective on her stories please explore LM ‘s real life. These stories I believe were the happy endings that she never experienced herself. Spoiler She never had children. She😂 married a pastor and probably due to pain, both ended up high addictives. I mention this because that gloss of romanticism, it changes everything. This is rarely mentioned due to her writing being supposedly for children and keeping her image clean. Discovering the reality recently it felt even more poignant. For a female protagonist and a female author could we please find a female voice for narration?

I think it works best at 1.5 speed. But it’s still tough. Glad to have this though . 👍
Fucking awful. Can’t you read? The BOT cannot.
How could Barlow enter the Petrie house without an invitation?
Just theorizing here, but the Master would figure to be above the restrictions on the regular vamps. More of a mystery is how Danny Glick got into the McDougal home and plucked the baby from his crib. There was no indication Danny had ever been there prior, or that the baby could somehow convey an invitation.
