5:47 It looks like Edward's room in Twilight! 😂
The London home way more expensive!
👍🏾👀
soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo boring....
All the “um’s” are in place of what she actually thinks about the apartment because she knows she would get torn apart limb for limb by the Swifties 😂😂😂😂
1:34
1:58 her internal thoughts: oh shit I didn’t say anything special about the staircase the swifties are going to kill me if I don’t elaborate
2:10 very pretty very nice😅😅😅 (I SWEAR I BELIEVE IT )
2:22 talking about exposed brick and industrial pipes coming through the walls and then saying it’s 20million dollars and that a place should be that beautiful for 20 million dollars is why the acronym BFFR was created
I personally don’t like building apartments or condos. I would prefer a huge house like that big white mansion she owns up north …Taylor loves nyc tho so this is her city style .
Good luck finding a house by itself in NYC.
Scrolled thru so fast. Impossible to see details of NY mansion.
It would have been nice if you had not flitted through the rooms in the second apartment...I watch so I can see...
This laziest effort in a video presentation ever.. u just got on the internet “on the internet” to present this. Are u kidding? EFFORT… Many people on here work their butts off to provide content..
Quit moving your mouse all over.
I hope it is good investment for her.
Great video if you wouldn't flash past all the photos so fast please.
And now this apartment is $3700😮
Over pay - she has the money but I don’t think she got a good deal.
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
Thanks for sharing some beautiful real estate in New York.🧡
You can in an apartment like this or you can live in the outer boroughs same price better set up!
She will probably eventually buy the entire building
Great video, these are spectacular properties, truly palatial. The conversion works to join the two penthouse apartments must have been a masterclass operation. The townhouse is blurred out on Google Streetview, but you can see the curb/kerb in front has now been lowered for vehicular access (there was a delay on that because of the planning application to NYC council). The first (ground) floor of the townhouse finally looks to have been converted into a large garage now, but it's hard to verify. As for the random rooms in the townhouse, I think those are maybe just open plan spaces or connecting hallways. The townhouse price tag is perhaps due to it being a separate property with its own entrance. Not sure if the townhouse is now connected to the 2nd floor apartment (as per her plan), but I can understand why Taylor wanted to have all this work done, cos now she can come and go privately without having to deal with paparazzi outside her front door, which must have been so annoying.
One of the reasons it is so high is she owns the 2000 square lot it is built on which is worth about 8 million. Also, it was constructed by Leopoldo Rosati a famous Italian architect/photographer and the details are exquisite. It is so different than her other properties being very minimalist and very modern.
The problem with rental homes: why can’t we just buy them 😭😭😩😩
Like $375,500 is a lot of money! Think of $1,000,000 homes that are freehold! Those are better!!!
Nope. It’s too expensive for a leasehold.
If only it was freehold I could live there my whole life 🥹
Whats the music
It's just a 🏠
Collapsing Scenery guy
I jog by this mansion every single day. It all boarded up at present.
imagine this price rn hahaha
Cool! thanks :)
Shit I’ll buy it and gut it out and rebuild it better
This is reportedly the largest house in Manhattan at 28000 sq feet
WTF
she’s a rich queen and she bought it for her lawyer.

What a shitty video ! SHEESH .. can find better photos on GOOGLE .. this here sucks
As a Swiftie i went to watch her apartment purchase, it's very rare that a youtube page about homes covers her residences
Why did she buy property next door to her house?
I live in Austin Texas and you cannot find an apt like this for the price.
Wow what a silly waste of money and New York of all places too! However great video!👍
fun fact she bought it for her lawyer.
Since Jeff was gifted the NYC townhouse, and he's now dead, can I have the townhouse cause he won't be using it. Just kidding, I know it just sold. I'm still open to the cash value though.
Do you have any idea who purchased it?? I'm very curious.
I would have to sage that entire house 8 times before I could live in it
Please do the Cornelia Street apartment!
Please do taylors cornelia st rental!!
I like these lower priced units...more relatable to a person with a limited budget like me.
Also, she bought the second floor apt so she could demolish the wall and connect it with the townhouse, not too sure why she was so adamant to acquire the townhouse bc she's always seen via paparazzi footage leaving from the main building, idk if its for the garage, security quarters, etc.
Yeah, she wanted the townhouse primarily to turn the street-level 1st floor (= 'ground floor' in UK) back into a large garage (which it was originally, I believe). There was a long delay to do with Taylor's application to NYC council to lower the curb/kerb on the sidewalk in front of the townhouse, for vehicular access. This work was completed only relatively recently, judging by Google street view (the blurring-out makes it hard to spot but you can see the new lowered curb/kerb). Paparazzi will be pissed off haha, as she won't be seen walking to and from the front door for much longer. And yes, I think her security team lives either in the 2nd floor apartment or the townhouse, but I don't know if the conversion works to join the two properties have been completed. She has plenty of space for friends and family to stay with her in her duplex penthouse. She didn't buy townhouse for her lawyer. Her lawyer bought it on her behalf so that she could remain anonymous.
Please do a video on her rhode island mansion
guess who is gonna be peeing in the toilet?!
Someone needs a video class.
Oh please this is great!!! Thanks for showing what’s available in nyc.. it’s like having a private apartment looker
It’s still an amazing deal, but this is really just an apartment with direct access to a common roof. Also, during the summer, i’d cost a fortune to cool that space with the high ceilings and sunlight beaming in.
How much would you pay for a typical bill in the summer for such an apartment?
@@styzoom If you use AC pretty fequently, maybe like $175? That's strictly guessing, but basically, you're paying to cool about twice the space because of the high ceilings. It'd probably be less than half of that in the winter, as you don't need AC and electric rates are cheaper then because there's less demand.
