I cant help but wonder what's wrong with Nigerian leaders iQ.Work that can be done and dusted within a month they will put people through hell for years before deciding to fix the spot.Why cant they fix bad spot on roads before it become hell to travellers?Benin to Agbor is another one.l dont know what is happening in benin to Auchi as at yet no more update on that road.The quicker ministry of works fixes bad spot on roads the less the suffering and less the cost of repair and less the negative impact on the country.How can we expect Nigerians to be patriotic citizens when the highway in his or her area is impassable?Thank you.

Buy the equipment yourself as a country and build your roads using your youths instead giving billions to foreign companies..Nigerians don't see the roads,neither feel the impacts of these billions paid on roads because it all goes to foreign contractors.Other countries uses infrastructure spending to stimulate economic growth but in Nigeria infrsstruture spending affect the country negatively because all these billions is going out of the countrt.Who did this to us is what l don't know.

Nigerian media house and journalists are awful,shame on them,they are part of the problems in Nigeria.Shouldn't the media houses and journalist bringing nigerians progress on all these roads the minister is talking about?Why wont Nigerian roads be bad when the media are not even interested in state of the nation's roads?lf the media houses start sending their regional correspondents to the roads every week even the contractors are more likely to be working to standard because they know the press in showing the nation and government what they are building.There will not be all these contractors problems and variation if Nigeria,through ministry of works is building these roads instead of giving your power and authority over to foreign contractors.What is stopping ministry of workings from buying all these equipment and employ Nigerian youths to mine stones and sharp sand and construct these roads?These billions foreign contractors take away from the country would stay within and stimulate the economy...I cant seems to get my head around the rational of foreign contractors building common roads in Nigeria.The ministry draws out the roads specification,the materials are all from Nigeria yet foreigners are the contractors!lt doesn't make sense!

The Eleme axis that caused fire accident recently that killed tens of people and damaged properties beyond recognition has literally been abandoned for quite a while now. Rigid pavement technology is definitely the way to go for Nigeria,not only is it a stronger,better method, we have the raw materials locally..But please,ministry of works try and get these roads completed.Eleme junction to onne is still not completed.Benin to warri still not completed.Lokoja to benin has not even started.Enugu to portharcourt still not completed,the chinese have down tools completely on enugu to onitsha highway.Thank you.

Mr. Minister, our people are being treated by foreign contractors by not providing PPE to their staff. This is wrong and is against the labor laws of the country. Please, the following should be provided, 1) hard hat, 2) construction steel toe boots, 3) Eyeware glasses, 4) transparent jacket, and 5) gloves. Thank You.
