Hey you. Last month I combined 2 front locs. Yesterday I unravelled 4. Completely combed them out. I also reparted them and crochetted back. Now I have to have 4 thick and locs density permitting. Happy as Larry this morning when I spritzed with some much needed Rose water in them. No more locs that irritate me because I could see that it was combined. Also I had 1 at the back that had a kink in it due to the 2 x times i interlocked at the beginning of my journey. Combed out and did the same thing and added a cowrie shell to boot. 😂

Love your transparency. Can you just stop interlocking and allow them to thicken up naturally. I’ve always noticed interlocking forms a tighter loc, retwisting seems to produce a “ fluffier” loc especially if they are not twisted too tight or too much. Looking forward to watching your journey progress. Blessings.
