Depends on hand size and shape, Razer viper is bigger than the mm710, so if you want to compare them, I would do the viper mini. I haven’t tried any of the Viper mouses and I do have the mm710 so my opinion may be bias.
Agentrice does mm710 have options to doing scripts anti recoil ?
