Que buen video! Muy interesante reflexionar en estos temas. Pienso somos totalmente dueños de nuestro cuerpo y vida, pero... Cuando se establecen normas para toda una sociedad hay que tener muchas consideraciones. Excelente el ejemplo que ofreces, el desequilibrado y sociopata de Milei, lleno de contradicciones promueve la venta de órganos aunque pierdas la vida pero no llama asesinato a la interrupción temprana de un embarazo no deseado? Lo que pasó con los Ford es muy similar a lo que pasó con Sevel, y fue casi la misma historia ..se privilegio la ganancia sobre la vida. Muy interesante video!!!

For me: 1- No, selling organs should not be allowed since it is a situation to abuse the poor (even more than the abuse that the current sistem condones). 2- Ford should not exist. Tha human life value is complciated, but there should be a minimum companies must pay if someone dies becuase of them. But, if it was a calculated death like in this case, people in the board of the company should go to prison and the company must pay millions in compensation to the family members and people that perhapos didn't die, but had an accident, and even the people that bought the car and didn´t know it was a death trap. 3- Life prison to the captian and crew. I don't see how anyone can think of anything else.. best regards!

Muy interesante! Vamos caso por caso: 1. De alguien tan bruto e ignorante como Milei no se podía esperar otra cosa, pero indigna igual. Dejando de lado el problema de que no existe el libre albedrío (ya que implica que nadie tiene ningún tipo de libertad), está el gran problema de que el contexto de cada uno limita muchísimo las libertades, especialmente las condiciones económicas. Si el Estado no iguala, estamos ante una tiranía absoluta de los ricos y poderosos. Entonces, no podemos decir que es lo mismo el que tiene la "libertad" de vender su riñón para poder comer, que la "libertad" del que lo quiere vender para poder comprarse una segunda mansión. Entonces, si permitimos a la gente vender sus órganos, lo que en realidad tendríamos es que las leyes avalen el abuso y explotación de los más pobres y desesperados, en un nivel aún superior al que el capitalismo actual ya lo hace (lo cuál ya debería ser suficiente para indignar a todos). 2. Sí, también es increíble que Ford no se haya fundido después de eso, pero supongo que se debe más que nada a que su poderío económico le permitió esconder esa noticia, y la mayoría de la gente no tiene idea de eso. Sobre el precio de la vida humana, creo que sí hay que poner un valor mínimo para la misma únicamente para las compensaciones a los familiares de víctimas (por ejemplo en pensiones a familiares de soldados o policías, o por accidentes en el trabajo sobre los que no se puede reducir a 0% su probabilidad de ocurrencia). Ahora, la vida se pierde como en el caso de Ford, en donde la empresa sabía del problema y que el mismo podía tomar vidas inocentes, pero decidió no hacer el cambio por un cálculo económico, creo que habría que cobrarles por cada víctima al menos 100 el valor total del arreglo que decidieron no hacer, además de sancionar penalmente a los involucrados en la compañía (deberían haber ido presos por homicidio culposo). 3. Indignante. Estamos hablando de un caso de homicidio para canibalismo. Los precedentes del caso son los de quizás algún asesino serial y caníbal, con el atenuante de la situación. Yo pienso que está claro que deberían haber sido recluidos a cadena perpetua (ya que pienso que la pena de muerte es inaplicable y no debería ser una posibilidad nunca).
