    • @SmashWithAadi
      @SmashWithAadi 18 дней назад

      Hello, I would suggest you to consciously put your racket leg forward while playing and that would help you build muscle memory for the same …. Muscle balance is also very important.. Hope I answered your question… My next video has the front court movement clearly explained Will put that up soon …

    • @SmashWithAadi
      @SmashWithAadi 21 день назад

      The grip you use totally depends on your comfort level and your skill set …. Execution of the stroke correctly is what matters…. Use the thumb grip more for front court strokes on the backhand side and do let me know how does that work for you … Keep smashing

  • @GIANT_YT
    @GIANT_YT 21 день назад

    Guys,l strongly suggest to make sure that your thumb and middle finger come in contact in forehand grip.I am suggesting with my personal experiance which increases your accuracy and precision...

    • @SmashWithAadi
      @SmashWithAadi 21 день назад

      Yes I agree with this too… it helps you grip the racket better without losing control … as and when you progress in the game , you can ease the grip with your fingers accordingly…
