I eat much more of raw milk, meats (cooked, rare, and raw), animal saturated fat (cooked, and raw), butter (raw, and clarified), raw eggs, and raw milk cream, much, much more of these than the chart portions. I barely ever eat any vegetables whole. I juice many vegetables. I eat some fruit. I try to minimize grains and legumes. I eat some of starchy vegetables. I avoid almost all seed oils and processed "vegetable" oils. I avoid sugar and salt, and I avoid other processed things.

watched less than 2 minutes of this an knew it was hogwash. I have been smoking shisha from a hooka for almost 6 years, and by "scientific" studies that have gone on, i should have died from smoke it within about 7 months. This crap against smoking shisha is just stupid. And let me explain why...(Thank you, THK) Hookah can't produce tar. Tobacco needs to burn at a minim of 800 degrees to produce tar. Hookah tobacco does not burn, it bakes at a max of 350 degrees. Simple math: A hookah coal burns between 350 and 450 degrees Tobacco vaporizes at 250 to 350 degrees A cigarette burns at 750 to 1700 degrees Nicotine boils at 477 degrees (AND It evaporates at a temperature below its boiling point.) Not smoke, vapors of tobacco and nicotine, the "smoke" look is the glycerin in the molasses that all Shisha is cured in, the same effect is achieved by a fog machine, the "fog juice" used has high concentrations of glycerin, and is completely safe to inhale, as we all know. And you MUST clean your hookah (tip for you lazy people).
