it's somewhere left of the temple of kings (where you start from), I think you can see it on the map as well

platinum is just the medal you get for beating them quickly

jumping out of a dash gives a slight speed boost compared to just jumping, so try to dash whenever you jump. also note that the slowdown from aiming does not affect the timer, so don't waste time aiming. other than that I think the video mostly speaks for itself
