Worst death I’ve had so far, that I can remember at the moment Rapid fire chaotic path lumi and sparkbolt with projectile shield. Practically invincible as long as I kept firing, decides to go back up to hiisi because I forgot to fix broken wand, I fix broken wand and just hold down fire while traveling to the right For some reason, I decide to stop firing. Skill issue. I almost never die because of the enemies. I only die because of: Overconfidence("I have 200 hp and fire immunity, dis lava/tiny propane tank/funny spell is no concern to me, what if I swim in it/blow it up in my face/use it?" "Also what if I teleport into dark undiscovered place?"*proceeds to being obliterated by ukko's point-blank shot) Sloppiness/inattention(Forgor to take bloodlust from healing wand, healed myself to death/fired plasma cross too close to myself/walked into plasma drill/was under acid blood monster when killed it/forgor i had bottle of acid and not water and tried to extinguish fire with acid) Unpredictable situations(Worm/Ukko's missile/sniper's bullet from nowhere, game lagging because of zillion projectiles from boss and not letting me control Noita, resulting in her falling onto those projectiles and getting obliterated in 1 frame, trying to kick dynamite box with acid trail only to be submerged in ocean of acid that for some reason spawned above this box, losing my save because power went out and my computer turned off, getting randomly teleported close to enemy with thunder wand and being obliterated before even realising what happened)
