Eligibility certificate is you class 12 passing marksheet , i don't think any other document is required if you belong to CBSE or Punjab state Board and if you had any other state board then go to the Punjabi university, they will make an eligibility certificate for such students as mentioned in prospectus

22july ko aapko original documents submit krne h in the college and 2nd july tk aapko apne sbhi documents ke sath ready rhna h because they may want you to send all your docs on 2nd july via mail

It means we don't have to send them through post by 2nd july.
