Hello! Unfortunately the mic that I used on my camera today got the better of me :( I was trying something new and it just didn’t work out as the audio ended up sounding super distorted. I didn’t want to waste this recipe so I improvised with a VoiceOver instead!

SUMMER TOMATO RELISH RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1.5kg very ripe tomatoes , cubes
500g thinly sliced onions
2 tbsp salt
2 cups white sugar
400ml apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp plain flour
2 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp curry powder
Enough water to mix the flour and powders into a non-clumpy slurry
Optional: 6-8 chillies if you prefer a bit of spice! You’ll just need to chop these up and add them into the tomato, onion and salt mix.
