I like your videos ! Just need a mic so we can hear you better but I listen to your podcast, I just want to say thank you, you have helped me so much! I just got my LLC
Agreed and that’s amazing! Appreciate the support, excited to keep the content coming. Feel free to DM me on IG if you have any questions!
What business do u run ??
Landscaping, company name is Yellow Hat Mowers Inc.
CALEB IS A OGGGGG
I've never seen caster tires tear or twist turf unless the ground was soggy. That usually happens with the drive tires and not turning properly i.e. one tire stopped while turning instead of one forward/one backwards.
Not sure why anyone would want to damage the grass by running over it at a fast speed which just beats the grass rather than making a clean cut so all this talk about speed to me just means you care more about your pocket than the quality of my lawn and for that reason i would not hire a company that thinks that way. In lawn care speed literally kills plants.
What bro needs is new eye brows😂
Tip 1 Be white and rich You're set.
Sounds like a fair price to me
I have one of these I love it. But I only cut my yard with it.
How is your walk behind with the sulky on Hills, does the nose want to come up off the ground, or does it stay down.
You should not do a review on something you have no experience with. Your point of view is so far off on this machine because of your lack of knowledge about it. Have someone with experience with the Ventrac show you how to operate it. Then get some time in the seat and do a review. You are giving the wrong info to people who are trying to learn about it.
sorry on the question I just want to know how do you adjust the speed or put speed if it's slow on speed
I hope that works for you but most people will look for another landscaper if you try to up the price so telling these guys who are just starting to do it over the phone is going to cost them
One came up near me for 1500
'Promosm'
How the hell are you making 100,000 by yourself??..how many accounts you got?
Depends where he's at just basic math if you did 50 yards x 50.00 6 months that's 60 grand right there mowing and that's only 10 yards a day 5 days a week. Plus you can add in (area pending) leaf removal, pressure washing , extra lawncare stuff like mulching, hedge trimming etc easy 100k a year
The main advantage this has over my fw15 is the dual hydros. Much better on hills, you can steer into the hill. I would think that could In fact, pull a sulky. What does it weigh?
This machine does not have dual hydros
Youve got a great setup man, everything you need to be efficient and productive 🤘
You got that right!
This may be too late, but nix the Ford Raptor if it has a turbo charged V-6. I used to sell trucks. Customers complained about the V-6 towing limitations. Go with a 2500 series with whatever you buy. The Raptor is not a tow truck.
Haha just picked up a 3500 instead of a Raptor.
@@Caleb__trung Ahhhhh, Much better choice!
I wanna do this but I’m afraid of failure but I was told the only failure is the failure to try
Keep it coming
? No comment comment loll
Your work would be much better if you bagged and hauled away the grass clippings and debris.
Your first mistake was buying a Mopar.
Yeah my 01 dodge has stupid issues like this left and right. Bought a 2000 Silverado and it’s been so much better, still have the ram but there’s not much appeal tbh
I am excited you got started so young. If you do things right by the time you're 25-30 you could have the business set up so you're basically retired. Good luck on your adventure. I look forward to following your progress over the years.
Keep up the good work man!
Should use excel for your checklists
This might sound weird, but if you grip tape your sulky tires, like a ton to increase the diameter 3/4", that would raise the platform up slightly and it wouldn't scrape so bad. Nice mower
Were are you from your business is great
Bro im listening to the podcast i live 1.5 hours from gainsville ga
No way! I'm in town for another couple of days, and will be back around May 1- we should totally do a video! I'll probably reach out to Paul Jamison as well, to do an in-person interview or something.
Nice setup. How do ya like the hustlers? I also have a Ram 1500 very similar color.
Hustlers are great. No complaints.
@@Caleb__trung I thought about the surfer pro standers for a while but couldn’t get access to one to see it in person or a demo. I hear they’ve had some issues but hopefully will get worked out.
@@BigRedServicesLLC Yeah, I actually tried to get my hands on one in the spring, but they didn't even have a 36" available in my state until late summer.
@@Caleb__trung I hear ya. I wanted to get a demo but I don’t have as good of a relationship with the hustler dealers so wasn’t able to.
This nigga think he Mike andes
How are you doing today and how old are you and what kind of truck do you have
I'm doing good, 18 now, and I am not currently driving anything as I am in between the truck you see in the vid and a new one.
NICE SETUP BRO!!! DID YOU SELL THE MOWER?
Haha still haven't, I'll have to sell it come spring.
Safely using debt to grow your business is way more fiscally responsible than white-knuckling your way through "debt-free" growth.
All I can say is amen. I didn't realize that when I started, but going forward, it can be a really healthy way to grow.
Probably needed to change the oil in the push mower too, got the engine blown up from old oil
Hey. Buddy, nice truck, have u ever had any problems w the lifters and cam? I have a 2011.
don't buy the cookie cutter light duty truck, get the 250/2500's they pull better, better control of a trailer load like that and better mileage, and longevity is almost 3 times as much due to less wear and tear better transmission and engine package with more gears to handle the towing. and is an absolute must for any enclosed trailer over 14' i have found, professionally for a bigger commercial state wide landscape company. used mowers with such low hours should last easily until 1400 hours, you can take them to 3000-4000 hours if you bought them brand new and took good care of them. mower troubles? check out taryl fixes all on YT. the fast track probably just has a corroded starter wire. could be the return wire to the battery also, carb issue. change your oil, air and fuel filters every year some times twice. every 40 for the oil is recommended and is good care, but every month is decent too. i can listen and hear when the motor starts to strain under loads it doesn't with fresh oil, that's the signal to change the oil and filter. check the oil on EVERY MACHINE every day no matter what preferably at the beginning of the day before leaving to the jobsite where you have oil and tools to remedy any problems! clean your air filter every month!!!! cuts down engine strain but more importantly saves fuel up to a gallon every 2 days. just pull it off, tap it out on the paper ridges on a flat level surface outside like a driveway and be upwind from it. if you have access to an air compressor blowing it out after tapping it out is even better. if you can't feel good air moving thru the paper any more it's time to throw it out, it's shot. this is all part of the good maintenance to get your equips to last 3,000 hours. acessories like a bagger, make sure they are interchangeable for 2 or more of your machines, incase that machine dies on the job or just becomes junk, so that accessory doesn't become wasted money and something you can't make money with any more. also, in my state any one under 18 legally can't pull a trailer for commercial purposes, and 18+ you are required to have a health card ever 2-3 years which you can get from your physician for $80 and it's just basically a physical, like you do for sports, they just want to make sure you don't have diabetes epilepsy and won't die of a heart attack and have good vision so you don't crash into things and kill some one. federal D.O.T. motorcarrier laws that applies to every one who gets paid and has to drive as part of their commerce.
Great video, congratulations on your success. Thanks
Wait do you leave the leaves at the end of the driveway and why ?
Nice job bro
