I get this crap about every month or two. Delete as soon as you see one. Never open.
Merry Christmas Roy. I appreciate all that you do. Hope you don't mind me letting you know that you missed a street last night. A couple in Spc # 91 brightened Christmas for so many residents with a card in every mailbox. I could see why when I drove past their house last night. THEY LOVE CHRISTMAS. Please check it out for yourself tonight and declare them the hands down winner for the Best Decorated House in The Lakes. I've never met them but know they deserve a little gift of love back. Thanks Roy! Keep up the good work.
This WAS a nice retirement area at one time. OPEN LAND and a view of the mountains was THE attraction. HEMET is way off the beaten path to begin with. Hemet is NOT a destination for anything. That's part of the reason people moved here. Again, Greed over quality of life. MORE continue to leave CA resulting in no TAX BASE. Middle class here is gone. Rich & Poor only now. CA is broke.
UGLY as H E L L. Blocks the views of the mountains for ALL residents around. It is HUGE. NOTHING good comes from these warehouses being located in these small towns only income for the greedy govt that get the property taxes and the owners. THEY do NOT BELONG here. MORE reasons for Californians to leave the state. Quality of life overall in California is rock bottom on every level and we PAY the highest price nationwide. to live here. WHAT benefits or incentives are there to WANT to live next to ANY WAREHOUSE? Not one but several of these UGLY monstrosities are now through out Hemet. Good Grief!
This makes me sick. WAREHOUSES are eyesores and do not belong in residential areas. Horrible.
MORE stupidly on the part of the City of Hemet's inept planners and Dutch Brothers. Good Grief! SO many CAR COLLISIONS ALREADY going here. This is just like the HAZARD on Florida with IN and OUT patrons line of vehicles flowing onto the main street every day. That damn meridian they put in has been nothing but a pain the ass. U turns everywhere. Have to wait at the next light way up the street to make a U turn. Having a bunch of TRUCKS rolling through here is a true nightmare. Things are just compounding for the worse living here. Appreciate you documenting these idiotic developments in Hemet. ALWAYS money over everything else. Corrupt. You get LOTS of views and few comments or likes. Thank you again, Roy.
Thank you, Roy.
Beautiful video ❤❤
Just move the cones! They don't have the permission to block the lot access.
Roy, Thank The City of Hemet planning department! 😆 🤣 😂 ignorance, The City of Hemet has to get that revenue no matter what takes, as you well know.
head liner just a little bit of silicone and it'll stay put
I would like to work at this new warehouse. Let us no when the job fair is.
You can re do the headliner yourself for about $50.
It seems that some individuals may be hesitant about embracing progress and may not be considering the long-term future of Hemet. If warehouses are not the solution, would they be open to the idea of having hundreds of homes and thousands of cars instead? Should we allow the town to continue looking neglected? Let's focus on building new infrastructure, creating job opportunities, and revitalizing Hemet. While the mobile home park is appealing, the rest of the town could benefit from improvements. Change is essential for the betterment of Hemet.
Jobs my boy
Thank you for posting Roy. I wasn't able to be there
This is absolutely terrible I agree
I love my jeep and it does get great gas mileage. It's a 5 spd with a np 242. Surprise having it in awd actually gets best gas mileage at 27. Of course cold air intake, bored throttle body, intake port matched, disconnected all unnecessary vacuums, 3.05 to 3.54 gears, larger tires, no clutch fan, no power steering, a.c. delete, and exhaust. Also got the hood spacer for cooler temps under hood.
I live by Kirby- West Florida - Menlo will this class action lawsuit also apply to my neighbors and me.
@@Treefallensprout if you live close enough to the warehouse
PEOPLE NEED TO ATTEND PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETINGS AND CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS REGULOARLY AN D THEY NEED TO SPEAK UP AT MEETINGS.
I feel your plight, man. Until we get rid of capitalism in America, your fight is a loss, in my opinion.
I pray something is done about the homeless situation. My son's bike was stolen 3 times. I also agree about the job situation. It has been almost impossible for my kids to get a job here!!
Respect. We need low-income housing. Warehouses will bring traffic/workers all hours.
Folks love those delicious double-double and cheeseburgers hamburgers plain and them animal fries and shakes are the best
Continue to utilize seeclickfix in reporting this, there should be no reason why people should have to suffer for ones tax profit. Something is due for a change
Great opinions! Well said Pat. I was part of the Team Effort that fought against the possibility of an International Airport in Irvine at the Former El Toro Marine Base. I spoke at the City Hall amongst others. We did picketing also. It is important to stand up for what you believe at any age. In one of my law classes at Irvine Valley College we discussed about the then proposed ideas including about the Seniors all around. So, I included that in my speaking up at the City Hall. I mentioned about how bad it would be for the students with trying to learn in school. I also mentioned about how bad it would be for the Senior Citizens in the community especially because many Seniors have trouble sleeping. The airport was to be a 24/7 airport. They projected an estimate of 58 flights an hour at full capacity. That would be about 80,000 tons?per day of pollution per day dumping into the air and into our lungs, which is horrible for Asthmatics &/or anyone else especially if they have compromised lung issues. Having said that, we know how bad the exhaust can be with big rigs. As Pat said, her and others would be even more so at risk of their conditions possibly getting worse in lieu of added vehicles of employees that would be working there & probably ie: fork lifts for distribution inside and outside of the proposed warehouse(s)and that of the big rigs. Plus I was also wondering if that company would also be having shipments being delivered to the airport which would obviously increase the flights near by creating more toxic air. If the warehouse(s) would employ workers for 3 shifts, that in itself be such a toxic environment, noise volume increased in the neighborhood especially if flights 24/7 came into fruition down the line. The decipal point of noise would be extremely hazardous to the Seniors. Not only that, I am willing to bet that people also living in newer housing communities in that general vacinity would upset about that & added damage to their health, their children's learning would be affected, and that of any Seniors in those communities also. Another elephant in the room is what all of that pollution may do to them in the long run. Besides Asthma, etc. of course are amongst the top of the list, but what about the possibility of Cancer of any part of the body, but more so the lungs, eyes, sinuses and the 🧠 brain. As it was also mentioned about the mountains close by. The take off & landing of planes in such a relatively small area, could create flight risks. The airport may not be a issue yet, but be very careful in what you are standing up for. Today are the warehouse(s), but in time it could be having to fight against increased flights which was already stated of how bad that would be. Also as Pat stated, the influx of more traffic & pollution, but potentially more accidents as well. Then another item that needs to be addressed is what exactly will be in the building(s) and are they toxic also or not?! One thing I haven't heard is does anyone know if there are known elements of toxic plume that may already exist with the airport? What about the possibility of anything seeping into the ground & ground water with this proposed new warehouse? The former ElToro Marine Base had & maybe still does have levels of toxic plume. I assume that it does, especially because it was seeping farther and farther from the base. At that time, it already was found a few miles down into other areas. It is agreed that everyone wants to be safe in all aspects. If and when a larger earthquake strikes which obviously has a higher probability, will there be toxins in the warehouse that could cause an explosion. Keep in mind, that there is not only concern about the long overdue scenario of the San Andreas Fault Lines, but now Scientists are concerned about the fact that the Cascadia Subduction Zone may now be a bigger threat than the the San Andreas Fault Line in lieu of the swarming smaller earthquake activity. Of course everyone goes on about their business as they should be, with the exception of being mindful of the reality of what is yet to come. It isn't a matter of if, it is a matter of when. So, in closing, it is vitally important for each and everyone to be safe and healthy, not just for this life time, but for the generations to follow.
@@bettyaherns4262 may I use your words to help my fight?
A million dollars a mile. Well they should get people that know how to pave roads. The ones that did them recently were out there 3 times to correct the work they did. Good job security for them.
@@kimberly4987 The warehouses will cost the City of Hemet far more than they will ever receive in tax revenues.
Not surprised that the money ladder leads to the city official. Hemet is a haven for druggies and criminals...why wouldn't you have a city leader that does the same. Disgusting. Perfect example of what people are really made of. It's all lip service. These warehouses will be the cherry on the Hemet. Yet businesses are closing down left and right because of theft. Can't really walk in and steal $950 worth of stuff. The roads and traffic simply won't hold up. With so many traffic lights already in Hemet and then bring in all these trucks you won't be able to get anywhere in a reasonable amount of time. These retired people don't need this right next to them...but land is cheap and officials are crooked thats how they got approved.
This will negatively affect the entire community - including where I'm currently living (on the north side of Florida. My property will likely lose value. I'll be screwed......
That building is jobs get a life
Well, if that is going to be a warehouse and if these people are protesting about it being built then I guess they won't be employed there it's simple logic.
@@omar15964 they just don’t want any more warehouses being built next to neighborhoods
Everything you’re holding and own came from warehouses. You know how to make nothing. You are the cause of what you hate…🙄
When all else fails, don't rule out sabotage! LOL
To be fair to the company putting up the warehouses, all the resistance is really just demands for bribes. Kind of like when a mobster tells you that it would be unfortunate if your business burned down, they've got a bunch of cityfolk telling them that it would be unfortunate if they weren't allowed to build that new warehouse wink wink. Saying those are dead trees is the least dishonest part of all of this.
They look like healthy eucalyptus trees. Maybe the arborist needs to have his license pulled.
I don't think you understand how city corruption works. The company wants to put up a warehouse. Its literally the most mundane type of structure yet they're getting a lot of resistance. This is because people and nonprofits are trying to fleece them for cash with the intent to approve the construction anyway. So the company is just fighting back. If you don't like construction or growth, there's plenty of green space in Detroit and more turns up every day.
@@ryelor123 Oh, I understand it. I've seen too many stories where towns and cities screw home/business owners to get more taxes from someone else.
The trees are dead, they just don't know it yet.
Are they Eucalyptus? Big trees like that make a big difference in the air quality. We had a soccer field surrounded by them near my house and we'd seat there just to feel the smell of fresh air and the great shade they offer. I hope you can stop them from cutting these magestic trees down!. Best from Brazil.
@@9fa4108f yes they are
Agree, good location. There's a huge one also being built on Kirby. I'm not particularly happy with that one. I hope they at least bring some trees in and make it nice looking when they are finished. Also not happy with trucks coming on Kirby as our streets are not in good condition as it is.
Big brush fire
It’s not the house it’s the mountains behind
That solid center divider was probably required to be installed because they knew there would be accidents from cars trying to make a left turn into In-N-Out. I've got two INO's near me and I've never been in either because the traffic is so bad at any time of the day they are open. I hate drive through lanes, I like to park and walk in, so when the cars line up like this (all the time) I just keep driving by.
Surprised you could without getting hit by a dodging vehicle from that crap shack lane.
Sorry Roy. Looks like a lot of flat ground nearby to build. I wouldn't want one outside my bedroom window either. Reduce the value of your house as well. Why can't they keep the trees? Good luck.
They want a parking lot there.
@@roymichael6107 So how much do they have to bribe you?
I hate that center divider so much such a waste of my tax dollars. Like I paid to get pissed off lmao.
New cables aren’t needed but help if there’s a related issue. Larger high flow exhaust and larger throttle body helps too. Getting 22-25mpg with my 300,000 1999 WJ daily driver.
Hard to hear
to bad that the owners of the huge parking lot behind the in n out wouldn't help with the problem, but the property owners wouldn't help out...
Awe to bad the illiterates at in-n-out couldn’t utilize a brain cell or two and not develop in such a spot, if they weren’t able to obtain permitting to install a drive through stack.
Many in n out restaurants have long, long lines of cars blocking areas
Not blocking traffic, or traffic lanes
Just Picked up an 00 with a 4.7 and quadra drive. Thing is awesome, so undervalued. They have a terrible reputation in Australia. I also have a Australian Made 4 Liter inline six barra fairlane😏
