I am totally ashamed of being a New York citizen. When did New York become the Biden's election interference puppet. If this is what Democrats do to win elections I'm becoming a Republican. Biden, Pelosi, Nadler, Schumer, Schiff, Raskin all Obama's puppets. We all know who is running the show. And it sure as heck isn't that mumbling, bumbling IDIOT stealing oxygen at the white house.
Liar
ive seen alot of lamps that are broken but the lamp in my school bus route had a tiny life in it but there was also a white strange blinking light on top, this video helped me know what that strange white light on top of streetlamps were meant for, also theres one lamp when the school bus was getting one of my schools student it was near the students apartment it will turn off then a tiny light comes from the bulb means that is electrical current failling to supply power to the bulb and after a while the lamp turns BACK on then it just repeats everytime its night
ive heard that if a hps bulb blinks on and off alot its near its end
@@Chan-um9xf yup, it's called cycling. you can actually hear the ballast struggle with a cycling lamp if you listen hard enough.
What happens if you never had one

There a new yorkers now moving to jersey and they have a habit on doing this on semi suburb areas.
Try to ignored it because of telling the neighbor about it who maybe african american tenant who will take it the wrongfully thing to denied it and run to NAACP AND BLMERS GROUPS HATE CRIME YOU NO MATTER WHAT YOUR MIXRACE AND CALL YOU 100% WHITENESS WOKE RACISTS AGAINST BLACKS AND THE FACT THAT THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL TENANTS TROUBLEMAKERS TENANTS. AND WELFARE FRAUD ALONG WITH OTHERS WHO ARENT BLACK. AND START MAKING UP LIES ABOUT YOU AND OTHERS STATES AS WELL AS THE RACIST TROLL. SO IGNORED IT. AND WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING ABOUT IT UNLESS LANDLORD WILL EVICTED YOU OUT OF THE COMPLEX.
I hope to visiting NYC ❤🙂
Nyc Gov just wants attention and authority. Because 311 NYPD etc are full of criminals as well. They never fine criminals only homeowners.
I love the New York City's new website. 😀
This is why you always back into your driveway so you can use your bull bar to push that junk outta the way.
I have a neighbor that causes problems with construction four months and there's no drive ways. Parking is an issue there's like 6 cars full of illegal immigrants. The guy is a foreigner who doesn't have courtesy with his neighbors hires them during rainy days outside and holidays too. This guy does not care about your sanity. I asked them last month back in September that it would be the final month now it's October 27yh they have another month. I reported to the city because I do not want to deal with this the rest of my life.
Report anonimously to the government about the illegal immigrants, and you ge rid of the bad neighbor. People are being paid to report them.
I bet they wouldn’t do that if they saw a big ol hoopty vehicle that they knew could plow all over their little cream puff vehicles. ( an old early 70’s 4 wheel drive would be a possible candidate )
Really?! It takes at least 3 hours for anyone to respond, and you have to be there when the police or traffic cop gets there and aver that you made the complaint. You can't jump on a bus, subway, or cab to get where you need to go. You have to be home when they show up. Nonsense!!
Call a tow truck. Offer a bonus for quick response.

Just call: "Blocked Driveway Towing Services" is legal. Take a picture of the violation.
Exactly.
You couldn't pay me to live in that Liberal sh*t-hole...!
criminal cocksuckers looking to skim some paper
Females shouldn't do bad things to others
Government chics suck...... I ❤️ entertainers
Now these are the people who will die soon go to hell
Go to your nearest towing company and ask them if they can come and impound the vehicle if you call them to come get it. then skip t he middle man (311) and call the tow service
They don't have the authority to just tow a car just because someone told them to. They need to see that it was ticketed already by a cop.
Algorithm?!
Ya at Mainchance right now.
911 doesn't respond neither does 311. The system is broken and if you break their windshield they lock you up or don't respond.
This doesn't work
These are not the real certificates nasara
Call a tow truck!!!
But how will i leave in the meantime.
Where is the one for Queens?
Call a tow truck
So, it's now 2021 what the hell has come of all this talk?!!!
Hi there there's nothing worse than someone blocking your entrance to your home and peaple have no consideration to others I get annoyed transit Van's come onto my drive reverse and go so disrespectful I've been out a few times and had words they think it's the norm peaple today sucks well keep safe and I hope you sort them out
Get a old car put a heavy bumper on the front. Back in garage. When they park there T bone the blocking car
Throw a bag of bird seed on the car the birds will do the rest with their feet and poop
change the LAW! Cops are overwhelmed! Make it so that Towers only need a picture of the blocked driveway and not a police ticket!
In NYC you call 311 if the vehicle is empty-----It'll be ticketed and towed-------If the vehicle is occupied or if there is someone in front of it, call 911: It's then considered a dispute.
NYC don’t do shit lol don’t even bother
False! A guy blocked my driveway and I did just this. Called 311 and they basically made a claim for me. They said the cops would respond within 6 hours. The inconsiderate prick had every opportunity to move but no. Came home the next morning to see the car still blocking me and a bright orange ticket on the window. At that point, I called a tow company at 9:30 in the morning. They didn’t show up until 6 pm. This asshole blocked my driveway for over 24 hours, got a $95 ticket and then towed. Oh yea we petty in these Brooklyn streets
Call a tow company..
Well bring this this technology in my neighbour I m sick of my house vibrating along with theirs
Califonia
Move to a place where the closest driveway to yours is a half mile away. Almost no one parks on the side of country roads anyway. Scratch that, stay were you are, no one wants to see city people get eaten by a bear.
Oh, i don't know. Some might enjoy that.
Yay New Yorkers yay they’re great people
Move to a place that has plenty of places to park
I live where there is a long curb next to my driveway so plenty of room to park away from my driveway yet a variety of drivers have chosen to park right at the end or overlapping into my driveway. So apparently people just don't pay attention or don't care where they park or how it affects anyone else. Although I'm sure they wouldn't like anyone blocking their driveways.
I live in an apartment building up here in Canada and I've had assholes park in front of our parking lot driveway I say fuck calling and complaining nothing will get done about it until it's too late. I just drive my truck over the curb onto the road hook a chain onto the car and pull it half way down the road and drop it there
