      Switch to stevia, totally natural plant, very sweet, inexpensive, especially if you boil your own stevia leaves. The liquid stevia is more expensive but less bothersome.

    Energy 1-2 cans per day is all you need that's it the safest amount of caffeine you need is up 400 mg per day especially do not go above that mark just keep it below 400 I'd say 300 mg is better off and have energy two times per week is better off then everyday. Monday and Saturday are the best time to drink energy and let your body do the rest after that. Drink herbs and do Exercises will help.
