The problem is that App is 20+ years old. Originaly was runing od Windows 98. And its 32bit. My current laptop is 64bit, Windows 11. I tried all the tricks to run 32bit but its still showing that message. Should be posible to run 32bit on 64 bit laptop

Sir my laptop when starting up also randomly opens command prompt and in a split second disappears again. I've tried scanning my laptop for viruses but windows defender cant detect any. My laptop also became suddenly very slow for no reason at all.
