I recorded this quick clip as soon as I finished the new painting. In case you're wondering, the colours of this piece prompted me to name it after a track by instrumental rock band Pelican, from their City of Echoes album. Apologies if footage quality isn't great, I wanted to get some thoughts down while it was still fresh in my head..!

Out on the bike trails on the hottest day of the year in the UK...found a colony of sunbathing butterflies, so I snuck up to them and left my camera with them for a couple of minutes. Location: Rifle Range, Stourport, Worcestershire, UK, JULY 18th, 2013.
