You must understand that in lagos infrastructure dont last due to the pressure of overpopulation and indiscipline. the infrastructure built in lagos over the years have mostly been destroyed by lack of maintenance. If those infrastructure were built in kgali then kigali world b as advanced as newyork trust me. But even as it is lagos is still far ahead. Lagos has the good the bad and ugly.
