A pretty and practical adjustable cross body bag tutorial for intermediate to advanced crocheters. I am using US crochet terminology. The zip and metal accessories are not essential but do add some extra functionality and character. However, if you are wanting an adjustable strap, you will need those particular parts. You can choose to make this bag any size you like.

    How can anyone follow this? Shouldnt you as the pattern writer not know how to make even rows? The shell part had me so frustrated i gave up. Waste of my time! People watch the whole video before trying this! Ugh!

    This is awesome! I made little white eggs to put each pair of baby turtles in. My 7-year-old twin grandaughters loved how I explained and demonstrated using the turtles the entire process of egg laying, burying, and hatching. They were rather upset that mom had no contact with her babies once she'd laid her eggs lol. And it worried them that the babies got plucked and eaten on their dash to the sea....Thank you, Tina.

    This is beautiful. How many skeins of the beige and the green did you need in total?

      @tinasloveofcrochet4641 6 месяцев назад

      I think I only used 1x100g ball of each. Maybe get 2 to be safe.

    For the small turtle. When she says she uses the slip stitch. If you're not doing that, do u into the magic circle. Makes things so muh easier for everything else as things like the shell you then have to woek out how to attach with a differenr number of loops. Love the pattern apart from that

    On the 3rd row, is it 2 sc in the first 2 st, and then sc next 3 st . On the 4th row 2 sc in the same st?

    • @tinasloveofcrochet4641
      @tinasloveofcrochet4641 9 месяцев назад

      The 3rd row is 2st's in the 1st st, 1 in the next, then 2, then 1 and rpt. 4th row is 2 in the 1st, 1 in the next 2, 2 in the next, 1 in the next 2, rpt.

      There are lots of different ways of fastening off. You just need to make sure your ends are properly secured and sewn in.

    Thank you!!! I love granny squares but I don’t like all of the visible ch3’s! I also like the tighter look so I don’t chain between spaces. There are a lot of tutorials that have you turn your work after each round and it confuses me.
