Has a textured grip and not that slippery. Rougher than a standard TPU case but still pleasant on the skin.
I just ordered myself a Rhinosheild crash guard bumper and backplate for my iPhone 14 pro max. It was expensive but I love the way they look and I like how you can change the buttons and camera guard. I got my backplate with MagSafe in case I want to use it. Anyway I’m a new subscriber and I like your video. 😊

not sure, you could try it out. Mine feels similar to the original pads.
what about the side buttons
I don't really use the side buttons that much, so I left it as it is.
Gently he says.... there is nothing gentle about it, youbutchered it haha. I recommend other tutorials for replacement, your materials will thank you

Awesome, will definitely do this mod! Do you know if the switches fit inside the newer models with the 'optical' sensors (V2 and Pro)? I want to get one to do this mod on, and am wondering if I need to get an older one (or the 'essential') for the switches to fit.
based on the model, razer's new lineup that used optical switches doesn't work with mechanical switches. but give some time, I'm sure in a year or two, some company out there will create a silent optical switch, i hope.

Btw, for Anyone that wants a cheap solder sucker, you can find that solder sucker on aliexpress or wish for like 20dollars. I have desoldered 3 full sized keyboards with it. It works good as long as you don’t use it for too long cause then it starts to distort the plastic, I would recommend getting more tips if you are going to use it a lot. I am on my 3rd tip. When it starts to suck worse, use the pipe cleaner rod and spin it around while it’s still hot and then pull it out cause the pipe is probably starting to get clogged. I noticed emptying the pump often helps, then before I put it back together I use a little bit of grease on the o ring. Doesn’t matter if it can withstand the heat cause you will empty the pump often enough.

looking for a replacement since mine started fraying out... i wonder why logitech does not sell a pair ear pads for their headsets...weird. i am now considering this product as a replacement

it held up and is more comfortable for me! because the material is fabric, it won't tear as easily as the original pads and headband. there's plenty of other types of material available if needed.
@@FinnAndHisPC I recently received my Cooling Pad edition, and surprisingly, this earpad's sound isolation is better than the stock earpad. I also bought the Geekria headband cover, and so far, I am delighted with my purchase. Thank you for the recommendation. Your video surely helps me a lot.
