Still prefer taking out power towers first plus just the northernmost missile turret. After taking the radar thing, just two corrosion missiles will kill tank though it dies slowly from corrosion . The tough missile turret killed with 2 corrosion and 2 to 3 deadeyes. Rest is easy.

I hit this base 12 noon gmt with 14 mins left open. Couldn't use missiles or mercenaries' and ran out of time with free repair. Looks like you need 20 mins or so just with air only and no backups.
