Thank you for advocating TMS.
@MrMarkokg Thank you for supporting our efforts
Powerful and great to know
thanks for the support
This is a great insight from Dr. Weber. To answer this question regarding increased endogenous production of norepinephrine, we might want to do a PET study using a radioligand like (S,S)-11C-MRB or (S,S)-18F-FMeNER-D2. Another possibility is that TMS is increasing synaptic plasticity, making the existing norepinephrine work more efficiently...or too efficiently given the side effects from meds, thus warranting a decrease in med dosage.
Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed comment! Do you have experience with such imaging studies or hypotheses in this field? i'd love to hear more!
I am from india I have one problem when ever I am sitting beside ladies feeling ejaculation and anxiety and fear of sitting beside ladies and I have OCD also is curable with tms
Thank you for sharing your concerns. It sounds like you're dealing with a combination of anxiety, OCD, and specific situational fears, which can feel overwhelming but are treatable.
@@italktms thankyou

Wow, Beverly, I'm so happy for you 😊. I know what you mean about feeling stuck, and wanting to do the dishes all day. Everything feels like that to me. I've just started TMS. I've had 2 treatments. I hope I will respond like you did! I hope you're still well, and stay that way ❤
Praying for you in this journey! Bev is doing amazing - i saw her just last month
Wonderful 😊. Thank you !
Great video. Helpful for us as we start providing TMS treatments next year.
I’m glad you liked it & thank you for commenting
Kevin Murphy is a hot daddy🥵
I had 28 sessions of TMS back in 2018 Their records show 36 sessions. I didn't get any relief period. I have an appointment 12-12-2024 to talk with the doctor for Spravato.
Very odd with the redord keeping but good luck with your appointment and soravato! I hear great things :)
@@italktms has TMS advanced any since 2018? I never felt like TMS damaged me in any way.
@ more so on protocols used - locations treated but not the technology used, that I know of at least
@@italktms I had read were they have advanced TMS with an MRI to pinpoint where the device is placed in a precise location. It's called SAINT.
The only problem, they have few locations. Seems like the success rate is around 80-85%. Sounds like a great idea that other places should use the same procedure.
I have Sleep desorder and anixte sever and chronic nack pain … Can rtms help me?
@amalelsener - I would absolutely try tms for the anxiety and sleep issues! Where are you in the world? There’s other tech for you back that would try out
I’m in SoCal - there is absolutely tech for muscle and bones - very similar to tms for the brain
Hi I have nack pain chronic and insomnia and depression Can rtms help me
I would recommend tms for the brain (insomnia/depression) and soft wave for the back!
This video is so informative and well-explained! Dr. Pardell did a fantastic job breaking down the concept of TMS and addressing whether it’s permanent. This kind of clear and concise content is so valuable! If you optimize your video SEO with targeted keywords, detailed descriptions, and a professional thumbnail, your videos could reach an even larger audience. You’re providing such important insights, and I’m sure more views and subscribers are on the way. Great job!
Thank you for the comment! Are you interested in helping! This page is fully self funded and it’s just me!
@@italktms Yes i can help. How can i reach out to you?
@ Kyle@italktms.com
I’m getting TMS, how will I know if it’s a customize treatment? Thanks
Easiest way is to ask your provider what protocols they are running.
My son us having tms right now. The change is already a miracle!
I love it - thanks for the comment & please keep me updated on his progress
@ :)
Nice Job Kyle!
Thank you sir

That’s a great book
60 year old retired two years ago , huge depression , anxiety ... meds didn't work . They actually made things worse .. found a place in Vancouver but they don't do saint protocal or this prTMS ... where in the world can i go for this ?
There’s a prtms clinic in Vancouver
@kadenfraser4625 email me: Kyle@italktms.com - let’s get you in a chair
sadly i only last 4 weeks since i started having severe vestibular issues.....i wish i could have continued to see if it worked for me...
Thanks for the comment. What chair were you in?
@@italktms deep tms i believe it was brainsway - did ocd/anxious depression and anxiety protocol
@markpatrick5246 thanks for clarifying. Have you looked at any other protocols that aren’t Deep tms?
Hey man do you think there’s a difference between the b70 coil and brainsway helmet when it comes to deep tms?
@15ruksinn - thank you for the question & yes there is absolutely a difference. I haven't sat in a Brainway chair yet but I do have that planned. I'm assuming you are trying to decide between which to use?
Sounds familiar😊
i need to connect you two!
Thank you for introducing me to TMS. Definitely life changing and worth exploring. Saved my life as well. 🌺
@nygestrada Did I really???
@@italktms oh, fasho!
Do we know each other personally?!? Lol
@@italktms I had TMS treatments this year in your office. Nancy with the bright shoes.
@@nygestrada hahahahah - I love it! You and you’re shoes rock
On my tratment, i don't get the hand movement. But my eye twitches. Ive had a new nurse doing it. Does this mean she's off target?
During a session of tms your hand shouldn’t be moving. This video is of the Brian mapping, which you may have done initially.
Hey, I would love to have a conversation with you. I’ve watched a lot of your videos and Ive personally gone through Dr. Murphy’s PrTMS treatment. Would love to have a conversation about setting up a podcast. Look forward to connecting in thank you for doing what you have done to spread the word. Too many people still do not know this treatment is available.
@Comingsoon20246 Are you anywhere near Murrieta? If not we can do a zoom! We just set up a podcast studio in my office & I'd love to talk TMS with you
Deep Tms aggravated my balance nausea issue is this common
Help with depression/ anxiety?
@@italktms not yet it’s been 4 weeks and the bakance nausea is depressing me and making me anxious
@markpatrick5246 so about 20 sessions in? Schedules for 36?
@@italktms yes
@@italktms I really desperate for it to work but I might be in that group that it just majes anxiety worse and doesn’t lift depression
Awesome video. Thanks!
thanks for the comment and the support
What a cutie
LOL! thanks for the comment and I will pass on the compliment
Is it really work. I take it weekly one day 3 or 4 session
Plz tell is it work.?
It works! Watch more of my video and you’ll see how well it worked on me
Didn’t work for me, I was horribly disappointed… It was such a painful & miserable slog of 36 sessions to get through, all that for absolutely nothing. 🙄😪
That’s extremely unfortunate & I’m sorry to hear this! Have you found something to ease these ailments?
Is this available in California my son is seven and would greatly benefit from this
Yes, what part of CA are you in?
Dr. Murphy and I are both located in CA. This podcast was shot in Temecula
The UK BRIGhTMIND trial that was done this year confirms this , it will slowly get back to baseline the key is to not stop , also it was the first trial to show a delay in any positive outcomes , many decide to stop doing more sessions not realizing it will get much better soon ❤️
I just finished week 1 of Tms and my depression is considerably worse .. can you dip immediately
I’d have to ask is it’s really a dip or just realizing how depressed you really are? Maybe activating the neurons has just brought up the ability to see where you’re truly at and paving the way to face things. Maybe you’re feeling thins you haven’t felt in a long time, maybe things you’ve purposely shut off as to not deal with them??? Sorry to go corny on you but it’s always darkest before dawn! I don’t know you or your situation. Maybe you are more depressed but maybe not, what was your PHQ9 score when you started?
@@italktms I’m very depressed w a score of 27 but I also have severe anxiety . Just having lots of physycal reactions to my first week ie very spacey dizzy nauseous and hardly any energy
Yeah… that’s high! Are they treating for GAD too? What was that score? What protocols are you recieving? Where do you live (generally)?
@@italktms I’m getting the middle of brain for my ocd anxious depression Amd right side for anxiety
You’re 5 treatments in and from the sounds of it you’re getting full doses of tms! Would you say that my initial statements/ questions are possible?
Hello sir for insomnia treatment
Sleep in general i say absolutely! There’s video on this channel about sleep! My question is was the isomnia caused by something ? A symptom of something?
for insomnia
My sleep is poor, but I’m supposed to start a low dose of Remeron to help me. Would this medication interfere with TMS?
Thank you for the question! I’m not a doctor :) are you scheduled to start TMS?
@@italktms No, not yet. I have to get a referral, and the commitment to every day for 6 weeks is a little daunting because we live in a rural area.
I get that! It’s worth it I promise! I had to drive 90 mins each way for my first stent of tms! If I knew what i know now I would of driven further :)
We get that bruh! I had to call and get appointments for this kind of treatment but I was shockingly the cost 10k US dollars! the thing is treatment is overpriced and also there’s no guarantee either it would help or not if it would it wouldn’t be cure facts
Thanks for the comment! My question to you is simple. Is there any medical treatment that comes with those guarantees? As far as the cost? Depending on the amount of seasons that’s a fair price! I’d pay that over and over for what I got out of my first round of care
@@italktmsI got what you mean bruh! Yeah you are right there’s no guarantee in such in medical science treatments it’s a fact it’s varies person to person how to response the treatment based of human nature reactions of the healing but it wouldn’t be cure for good there’s no such thing when the human body is totally wrecked by the disease it will come back despite of remission! At least bruh some other medical treatments options it’s covered by insurance and it’s way affordable than TMS which is not covered by any medical insurance have to pay by you’re own pockets and when I did inquired about it the treatment sessions it’ll spend 45 mins per session each day and 6 times a week for 1 month and the cost for that span is 10k for a month treatments!!! WOW inequity pricey compares other options!
We’ve exchanged info on another video no? I could get you covered by insurance no problem. Yes, steps would need to be taken but considering what I remember I’m pretty confident it wouldn’t be difficult
Spravato didn’t work for me which was a big disappointment and we are trying TMS next. I am praying this will work for me🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I’ll join you in prayer🙏🙏
RTMS therapy for insomnia help
thanks for the question. I call it TMS sleep. Sleep is typically the first thing that I see change in people. Obviously, good sleep hygiene is super important.
Longer sessions explaining this would be great
What would you like explained?
What is tms?
Best treatment for mental health ailments!
@@italktms so is it like cbt or what? I am a daily medical cannabis user and also go to group substance use and mental health classes and it’s hard to explain to them but I have healed trauma from cannabis and group therapy at the same time. Helped me ease myself through it without pain and anxiety
Awesome! Congratulations and keep it up! I e done testimonials on this channel- you should check them out! Sounds like we have similar stories
@@italktms you can’t just explain here what TMS is?
Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a non-invasive procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to treat depression, anxiety posttraumatic stress disorder, and other conditions.
I have a question about PrTMS since you are knowledgeable about it , is an accelerated protocol possible if not is it because noticing changes on the qEEG takes time which makes it a non viable protocol ?
Accelerated protocol is 2 a day max. My understanding on the reasoning behind this being the max is sustainable benefits - if you pick someone up too fast there isn’t enough proof of long term benefits
Thank you for the question .
Didn't work for me 😢
I’m sorry to hear this? Have you found something that has?
36 treatments. My depression didn't change at all. I git muscle spasms on the right side of my now that is the only change. I know the differences between sadness and depression and anxiety. She is saying zap your head till you are nolonger depressed and if you still are depressed its its your fault
Thank you for the comment - I’d like to more more about this if you don’t mind! When did you complete your 36? What chair did you sit in? Where you in treated for depression? What amplitude was the machine set at at what % of your threshold did they hit you at?
Also have you seen eternal sunshine of the spotless mind yet ?😊
Damn it, I have not! I have little time in the day once we get the kids to bed daddy knocks out!! I still enjoy the benefits of tms sleep:):)
