The West Lancashire Light Railway is a 2ft gauge short-line railway at Hesketh Bank near Preston, in Lancashire, UK.
We run steam trains on Sundays and Bank Holidays from Easter to October, plus Santa Specials.

What a lovely loco a bit squeaky though could do with a bit more oil
It's the wheels rubbing on the tight curves.
Love this railway 🛤 it has a special place in my heart hoping to visit again soon and I'm sure when I turn 18 I'm gonna be filling in that volunteering form as its my dream to drive such brilliant locos and help the railways live on.

I have always been fascinated of this groups history, started by a few teenage lads trying to preserve some of the fast dwindling narrow gauge railways. Very glad I subscribed to your channel.
