If they had kept in some of the deleted scenes The Substance might have been better… but as the movie stands I did not care for it. Enjoyed the overall concept, just didn’t care for the execution.

Seen it. Liked it. Should have been a tv series. 😅 Hope there will be more. The world they show is INCREDIBLE!!

That's what I love about A24 films is that there's usually no arbitrary exposition in their storylines; the viewers are thrown into the story and you have to just keep up with what's happening and figure it out on your own.

For movie I'm sorry but I gotta say 2 days in the valley and for television that's a tough one. Because he is just phenomenal in the Blacklist and in my opinion nobody but him could have played Red. However my favorite for me in television is Boston legal because I loved that character and his monologues and especially his scenes with Shatner.

1:29:43 Jeremy Bulloch was *never* the voice for Boba Fett in the original The Empire Strikes Back (he had no lines in Return of the Jedi). Bulloch was in the suit, but the original voice in 'Empire' was provided by an uncredited Jason Wingreen (I know him as one of the rotating judges on Matlock).
