Wow. My respect for Aaron has completely changed in the last hour. Learned about how he treats kids, how big his ego is, and how he has genuinely become a sad, probably confused old man. If you can find the right brand of Ezekiel bread, it's the absolute best. I can't remember the brand, but there was one ezekiel bread that looked like english muffins. It was very dense and filling and out of the toaster straight up tasted like fried dough. Absolute heaven This type of bread is low carb because it is made of sprouted grains, which are very healthy compared to normal bread. If you want your mind BLOWN, use it to make french toast. Insane.
