Every Saturday at 10a I offer a new show with guests that offer life changing stories and help to move forward in our lives.

I created this platform to transform others lives like I have done for myself.

I am the creator and host of Wake Up, this is a passion project of mine. I do this because I am a survivor of sexual abuse, 8 years sober, author of Amazon #1 Best Seller Chaos to Clarity: Seeing the Signs and Breaking the Cycles, a mom and I am now living my happiest life! I am passing along the gifts I have discovered in this life through my healing journey. I know happiness is possible because I am living proof!
