      Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). I pray that God will give you peace and forgiveness so that you can see things through the eyes of love. May God help you let go of negative emotions and replace them with forgiveness and compassion. I believe that as we draw closer to God, we will learn to love and forgive as He has loved and forgiven us.

    Thank you for posting your message about this particular passage. This is one of those passages in the Bible that I see pastors from churches I have attended ignore. When I don't meditate on the Bible as much as I should, I feel what I did in the past begin to come out, little by little, in subtle ways, and I don't want to go back and even less want to offend the person who did it. saved me. Bible stories explained like this give me a lot to think about. I congratulate you on an edifying ministry to the spread of the gospel. So thank you again, God bless you.

    Man, this video really got to me. It's like...we can do whatever we want, right? But there's always a price to pay. And sometimes, it's our kids, or their kids, who end up footing the bill. Awful story in Judges 19. You know, the one with the concubine? It's hard to read, but it's happening today, too. All this sexual violence, it's everywhere. Makes you wonder what's wrong with people. The Bible doesn't sugarcoat things. It tells it like it is. Bible stories explained, they're not just stories, they're like…warnings. Reminds me that people can be downright evil. But that's got nothing to do with God. It's us who mess things up. I just hope people see that. We need His forgiveness, that's for sure.

    I actually witnessed this story of my sister. It broke my heart. This bible stories explained shows that the husband is a coward. And the father who is willing to let his virgin daughter be raped is also a coward. Seeing how this man treats his wife, no wonder she wants to leave him. Her husband is a bad guy. All I could see when I first read the story was how weak those two men were. If someone doesn't understand my comment, then chances are they have never been raped.

      These stories are not meant to justify violence or oppression. Rather, they are a reminder of the devastating consequences of human sin and selfishness. At the same time, the Bible shows us the infinite love and mercy of God, who is always there for those who suffer and are oppressed. I pray that your sister will find healing and peace in the Lord. May God give her the strength to overcome her past hurts and live a meaningful life. I also pray for you, that God will help you find comfort and hope in Him, so that you can accompany and support your sister on her healing journey.

    I have read the Bible from Genesis to the end of the world more than 3 times and this story really seems scary when I read it. The coldness of the Levite. If he didn't love her, why didn't he let that woman be happy with her father and her family? He took her away and took her away from the love of her family. So that he could die in such a horrible way. He was a coward who hid and refused to come out Protecting the lives of women, even with their own lives. This is really one of the stories in the Bible. I really think of bible stories explained. It breaks my heart ❤ So much evil, this shows us that evil It has always existed and today is 2024 We see how evil has developed. I understand that this story may bring up many sad and confusing emotions, especially the cold-hearted actions of the Levites. You are right to point out that this story reflects the presence of evil, both past and present. May God give you peace and a deeper understanding of His Word as you continue your journey in studying the Bible. I understand your frustration at seeing so many Christians today not sharing the Gospel with unbelievers. Maybe it is because they are afraid, lack confidence, or are not fully equipped with knowledge. Or maybe it is because they are so caught up in the worries of life that they forget this important responsibility. Whatever the reason, not sharing the Gospel is a sin, as you said. It is like watching someone drowning and not helping. However, we should not be discouraged. There are still many Christians who are actively preaching the Gospel and witnessing for God. Let us pray for them, and pray for ourselves, that we may have more courage and love to share the Gospel with those around us.

    Everyone misses it, Nenavah is 400 miles from Joppa and on the Tigris River. They worshiped the fish god. A great fish appeared on the bank of the Tigris River opened his mouth and Jonah stepped out. This is why they believed him. This is why Jesus said the sign would be Jonah dead for three days. Jesus grew up five miles from Gathhefer Jonah's home. The Pharisees said no prophet comes from Gallalee but both men were from Gallalee. The Muslims bombed Jonah's tomb in Mosel and it was on TV. Ninavah is modern Mosel.

    Okay so, Cain was BANISHED from where his family was living as a punishment for the crime he committed.... Understandable.... But now, why exactly was the woman sent with him?? Was she being punished for something too??? Did she even have a say ??? Was she forced to go with him??? Why would she willingly go spend her life with a man who is PERMANENTLY outside of and separated from God???? Cain was cursed, so what does that mean for her??

    • @BibleStories868
      @BibleStories868 4 дня назад

      It is possible that she loved Cain and willingly followed her husband, despite the punishment he would suffer. In that society, women often had little choice and could be forced to follow their husbands. It is possible that she felt safer staying with Cain, even if he was banished, than staying alone. As to why she chose to stay with someone who was rejected by God, we must remember that the Bible does not explicitly say that Cain was completely rejected by God. Although Cain was cursed, God still protected him from being killed by others (Genesis 4:15). It is possible that Cain’s wife still believed that God could redeem Cain and their family.

    For me, I have always looked at the Old Testament as being primarily metaphorical with Adam and Eve being not singular creations, although a group of civilisations and the story of Cain and Abel being about sibling rivalry that exists to this day. The book is full of inconsistencies with no proof of the existence of any of the characters. Full of incest, rivalries, disobedience to God, war etc. The Gods mentioned consistently behave like human Kings or Lords, with spoils of war being precious pearls, virgins, sacrifices, the love of the smell of burning flesh etc. What does a loving God want with such human needs. Logical sense seems to evade the Book and is the cause of so much dispute among humanity. The New Testament seems to make more sense although again, in the 21st century where is our solid empirical evidence that any of the events took place? Ild like a well thought out intelligent response.

    • @laforge001
      @laforge001 3 дня назад

      Then you should certainly look for a book written by a former atheist attorney. I think it is called something like "The Case for Christ." As for the Old Testament being metaphorical, there is a story in the Bible about a certain king that conquered Israel. His name was Nebuchadnezzar and the name of his capital city was Babylon. The gates of that city were found decades ago outside the modern day city of Bagdad. Those gates have since been on display since they were found. There is another story about a different king that started attacking Israel's cities. He continued all the way to Jerusalem. Yet just before he was going to attack the city, he suddenly decided to pack up what was left of his army and go home. Inside Jerusalem, the king of Israel was sweating bullets. He was continually told by God's prophet to not worry that the city would not fall. Yet the king remained faithless. Despite the king's faithlessness, God did protect the city. In fact, the night before the foreign king attacked, God sent his angels to kill them. Over 185,000 men killed on the eve of battle. This foreign king went home. He did in his home write on the walls the story of his conquests across Israel and how he did it. This king was named Sennacherib (sp?) and his home city....Nineveh. There is a channel here called Expedition Bible. In his videos he has posted one about Nineveh. It is quite interesting. As for it's inconsistencies, there are none of those. For example, of the 4 Gospels, they are all the same story. They are just written from 4 different perspectives. One from the eyes of a doctor, another from the eyes of a tax collector, and yet another from the eyes of a fisherman. As for the stories in the OT that may provide confusion or inconsistencies. The closest I can think of is incest. From the time of Adam and Eve, God established the principle, 1 man + woman = 1 flesh. They disobeyed God about eating from a certain tree. Their disobedience got them kicked out of Eden. God told them to multiply. They had to have many children which meant brother married a sister. God's rule was 1+1=1 so a brother was to marry 1 sister. However, because of sin, some did take more than one wife. They were living 900 years. They were having babies for hundreds of years. After a couple of thousands of years the population was growing quickly. War became a thing. God decided to destroy most of them. AFTER the flood is when incest seemed to become sin. Although it seemed to be implied more than spoken or written to Noah by God. You see, Noah made a vineyard, then he got drunk. God's rule 1m+1w=1flesh still valid. The Bible says Noah had THREE sons, Shem, Japheth, and HAM. It says that Ham looked upon his father's nakedness. The other 2 sons, covered their backs with a blanket and moved backward to cover Noah. Later after he was aware of what Ham had done he cursed Ham's youngest son, Caanan. Why didn't he curse the other children of Ham? Noah cursed Caanan because he was the product of the incest between Ham and Noah's wife. Yes that curse is STILL in effect today. It was the children of Caanan that made nations in that area we now know as Israel, Jordan, Syria, etc. Noah's curse meant that after the Exodus of Israel from Egypt, they would be conquered and made servants. While the principle of incest being wrong and came with consequences, it wasn't specific until God put it into Levitical law. Laws with other societies based their incest laws on. Though royals of many nations still continued to practice it until the problems became medically known. As for why a loving God would want for such human needs, or allow such horrible things humans have done to themselves. The answer to that is to show His capacity for love, forgiveness, and redemption.

    I don't understand why this is such a big mystery!! We don't know how long Adam and Eve were in Eden, it could have been hundreds of years. What do you think they did during that time? Do you think they waited until they left Eden to start having children? They could have had hundreds of children and those children had children. So when they left Eden, they all went out and so there were so many people to fill the towns and cities. This bible stories explained needs to be clearer.

      The Bible does not say how long Adam and Eve were in the Garden of Eden before they sinned. It could have been a few days, a few years, or even hundreds of years as you suggest. During that time, they enjoyed a close relationship with God, tended the garden, and lived in perfect harmony. The Bible also does not say whether they had children before they were expelled from the Garden of Eden.

      The Bible does not specify the skin color of Abraham and Sarah. They were Semitic people who lived in Mesopotamia about 4,000 years ago. At that time, the area was home to many different peoples with different skin colors. Therefore, the assertion that Abraham and Sarah were black or white has no solid basis in the Bible. My purpose in using images in my videos is to illustrate the story and help viewers visualize it better. However, I realize that using images can cause misunderstandings or controversy about racial issues. Therefore, I will consider more carefully when choosing images for future videos. I apologize if the images I used made you feel uncomfortable. I always want to create a space to share Bible knowledge in an objective and respectful manner.

    Who was Cain's wife? Does the Bible mention a daughter of Adam and Eve? This question has been bothering me for a long time. Hopefully bible stories explained will answer this question! Thank you!

    The Bible is not a simple history book, but the story of God’s love and redemption for humanity. While we may debate the details of Cain’s wife, remember that the core message of the Bible, as this Bible stories explained, remains the same. To everyone reading the comments or watching this video, may God give our brothers and sisters the openness to receive His love and the courage to share that love with those around them.

    Why Judah? Because Judah was remorseful. Judah offered to sacrifice himself instead of Benjamin; he knew his father Jacob loved Benjamin and would be in deep sorrow if Benjamin would be taken as he already lost Joseph. Judah already regretted the loss of Joseph … and so he willingly sacrificed himself. … that’s what God is looking for - a repented heart - which is the message of Jesus. That’s why it’s Judah.

      You are absolutely right, Judas repented and was willing to sacrifice himself to save his brother Benjamin. This action shows the change in Judas’ heart, from being a person who participated in selling his brother Joseph, to now being willing to take responsibility and protect his family. This reflects Jesus’ message of repentance and mercy. God is not looking for perfection, but a heart that is truly repentant and turns to Him. Judas, despite his bad past, eventually found God’s grace through his repentance.

      I understand that sometimes we feel as if only God truly knows our hearts. Your words remind me of Psalm 139:23-24: "Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me and know my anxious thoughts; see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." The story mentions the special qualities of the tribe of Judah. However, were all members of this tribe worthy of God's promise? History shows that the tribe of Judah also had wicked and unfaithful kings. So why did God still choose this tribe to produce the Messiah? Are the bible stories axplained really accurate?
