Good morning Kristal and thank you so much for uploading this short video clip. I would be so deeply touched if you would spare me a few moments of your time to read what I have to write about my ongoing trial since I was bereaved almost eight years ago now when my best friend passed away. Some people say that you do not know what you have until it has gone. I feel that I have experienced every kind of suffering in the last eight years Kristal. Of course there have been momentary occasions when I have felt joy but, by and large, I have simply been cursed with feelings of despondency. A few months ago I stood on a bridge over the motorway near here Kristal. I felt that my situation was deteriorating and my ability to deal with the grief which has been imposed on me had waned sufficiently to make life too debilitating to deal with. I cannot deny that I have had such intense thoughts about ending my life since then. I have not felt that I have been able to pray to God for such a long time now Kristal. I sit and hope to talk with God but my head seldom finds peace and so I cannot pray. I would be so deeply touched if you would consider praying to God on my behalf Kristal and ask Him to release me from this sentence and offer me some respite. Thank you Kristal and may God bless you and those who love you. Michael
