The first time I saw them was in Dallas with snakefinger. The other 7 times have been just as exceptional. This last show I had some performance enhancing gummies that gave the show a glimmer. Totally awesome, thanks for posting

Ah, Pylon! ❤ Thank God for REM back in the day. They don't get enough credit for championing American Indie bands in the press. They turned me onto so many regional American bands. I became a lifelong REPLACEMENTS fan after Peter Buck raved about them. PYLON, of course, were one of those bands. What a cool, undersung band. CHOMP and GYRATE were incredible musical documents of that era. American College radio in the early-mid 80's was more or less curated by REM! Brit bands were cool, but US Underground bands were BETTER!

I love Rollins (albeit his music more), but I hope he has a different set when he gets to Europe. He sounds more like a political stand up comedian. His spoken word used to be more personal.
