@@rojbonoy674 thank you...
can we use it with ctg, biolight F90
It does not work with CTG machines.
Can E30 ECG CONNECT TO ANY EXTERNAL PRINTER USE USB CABLE?
We do how BLT AnyView A8. where can we get the CMS software and help?
Very Nice
Thanks

How can I get one
Hi. You may contact us by email. - jimmy@blt.com.cn
sir in E30 ecg there are some settings that i got to ask from you , what does manual 1 , manual 2 , manual 3 do , in the unit , what does AC filter, DFT filter, EMG filter, Low pass filter do and how to select those filter values to each persons seperately ( i mean about what we have to think when we have to change those filters) , whats lead name AAMI and IEC , what does pre sample , real time sample , trigger sample do in sampling mode , if the language of unit change to chinese how to change it , whats the maintennace password of unit also sir some time interference come when using this unit near electrical bed this doesnt happen in Mindray and philips ....etc they also doesnt have equipotential ground line .
1. In manual mode, real-time recording of ECG waveform is conducted manually according to the requirements of users, and start and stop of recording are controlled via keys. Optional: Manual 1(display waveform of leadI~III), Manual 2(display waveform of lead aVR~aVF), Manual 3(display waveform of lead V1~V3), Manual 4(display waveform of lead V4~V6). 2. ➤ AC filter: Resist interference of AC power to prevent attenuation or distortion of ECG signal. ➤ DFT filter: Resist drift of baseline to ensure that ECG signal is on baseline at the time of recording. ➤ EMG filter: Resist interference to ECG signal caused by strong muscle fibrillation. When EMG filter is in use, lowpass is【Off】. ➤ Lowpass filter: Restrict the bandwidth of input signal and attenuate the signals higher than the cut-off frequency. When lowpass is in use, EMG filter is【Off】. 3. The IEC standards were published as international standards and the AAMI standards were published as standards in the United States. 4. ➤ When “Pre-sample” is selected, collection of ECG data begins as soon as lead is connected to patient; ➤ When “Real-time sample” is selected, if the user press Record button, record of the ECG data collected within 10s after pressing this key will be exported; ➤ When “Trigger sample” is selected, if the user press Record button, device will automatically trigger record once in case of arrhythmia. 5. Choose added language: Press 【System】 in main interface to enter system setup interface. Choose un-added language: Press 【System】, Select【Maintenance】, key in maintenance password, select 【Language】to add languages. 6. 【Maintenance】password, please contact me (Jimmy) by email: jimmy@blt.com.cn 7. Biolight E30 has standard Equipotent grounding terminal to allow device connect to the Equipotential grounding system of hospital. When there's interference from high frequency devices, we can set the filter parameters in order to improve the ECG anti-disturbance performance. Hope this clears your doubts! Thank you. thank you for the explanation sir , sir i got one more question to ask from you in M8000 monitors spo2 setup what does c lock switch do , whats the different between signal strength display and low confidence display
why does finger tip pulse oximeters give readings to pen or pencil
The patient’s condition is detected based on the sensitivity of the amount of red and infrared light falling on the sensor of the pulse oximeter or probe in other machines. When this is obstructed by increasing the distance between the LED and the detector, or by inserting some object inside the probe, the module will think the finger is inserted and will start searching for a pulse. In this condition, the varying intensity of diffused light falling on the detector can cause a pulsating effect and lead to a reading on the pulse oximeter. The pulse oximeter is a very sensitive device. However, if the gap between the LED and the sensor is closed fully, so that no light falls on the detector, the pulse oximeter will sense no pulse and there won’t be any reading. Small beams of light pass through the blood in the finger, measuring the amount of oxygen. It does this by measuring changes in light absorption in oxygenated or deoxygenated blood. The pulse oximeter will thus be able to tell you your oxygen saturation levels. The same is observed in all other devices. Hope this answers.
sir i got to ask several questions about biolight M12 monitor from you . in its ecg setup theres a setting called multi lead signal what does it do ? if we switch it on , also in the nibp setup sequence mode what does phase A, B , C,D DO When we switch them on , in its main menu theres a setting called full disclosusre what does it do , in the same menu whats CAA , EWS , GCS whats the importancy of those parameters ,in ews setup whats score and auto score , Also show us how to divide screen to see 16 nos of beds at the same time in m6000c cms software , in m8000 monitors spo2 setup what does c lock switch do , whats the different between signal strength display and low confidence display , in the same spo2 setup what does average time do if you can sir please explain each function of cms 6000 and M8000 , M12 MONITORS THANK YOU
Hi. Waruna. Thank for asking. 1. When multi-lead analysis function is switched on, the【ECG 2】will participate in the calculation of HR together with 【ECG 1】 to provide more accurate HR reading. 2. NIBP sequence measurements can consist of up to 5 measurement periods: A, B, C, D, and E. You can set the measurement duration for each period and the interval between NIBP measurements in each period separately. It mainly assist the user with a more customizable measurement to meet clinical needs. 3. On the Full Disclosure review page, you can review waveform data up to 72 hours. You can view compressed waveforms, full waveforms and numeric values. 4. Clinical Assistive Applications (CAA) is the comprehensive analysis and centralized presentation of the existing measurement results of the monitor, and it is the electronic application of common clinical guidelines and tools. The main purpose of clinical assistive applications is to improve the working efficiency of doctors. It is not used for diagnosis and cannot replace medical staff to make decisions. 5. Early Warning Score (EWS) The Early Warning Score can help identify early signs of deterioration in patients and is an early warning indicator for critical or potentially critical illness. The Early Warning Score System obtains corresponding scores by monitoring and observing patients' vital signs and states, and gives corresponding suggestions on solutions according to the scoring results. It's a scoring system that score each parameter selected and then calculate an aggregate score. The grading of each parameter is color-coded to indicate the corresponding critical level. Provide action when the total score exceeds the range. 6. The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) is based on the content of the Glasgow Coma Index, It can be used for coma patients caused by various causes to objectively express the state of consciousness of patients. The GCS score includes three aspects: eye opening, verbal response and motor response. Usually it's used for patients who are confused, altered mental status, or having brain injuries, etc.
7. The signal strength prompt is used to indicate if the SpO2 signal strength measured is adequacy. 8. Average Time Select the average time for SpO2. The shorter the averaging time is, the quicker the monitor responds to the change in the patient’s oxygen saturation level. (It is invalid while use Nellcor SpO2 module).
Very informative and detailed video which is helpful to the users. Nice job Jimmy and thank you...
You'r welcome. Thank you
