Take Sushi is located in Sandy Springs, just north of Atlanta, GA, USA. Take Moriuchi, the owner chef owns this place. He’s been doing restaurant business more than 20 years. This native Japanese know fish because he was born on a small island west of Japan.The seating is 70 and enough to take care of customers. This restaurants have many long term relationship customers. Take works everyday he open the door and he close the door. This is his mission and owner chef duty. He tries to leave all important recipes and information about fishes on RUclips. One day in the future, people know it and people understand.

Myoga grows wild in shaded spots along the banks of steams in the mountains of Gifu. The local sansai expert in my village told me that wild myoga sprouts around here in August, but I have walked the stream daily to try and find some flower buds and there is none.
