Just in case you get a claim, save all the licenses in a folder with the video name when you create the video. This extra step can save you time later, especially when a claim pops up half a year later. Others have shared similar experiences in the comments. Another important point: always download music you have a license for. If you don't see a license, there's a chance the composer might realize later they can make money and start claiming all the videos using their music. Even if they say you can get some music without a license, avoid it at all costs to prevent future claims that you can't contest.

For the future, my best advice is to only use music that you have a proper license for. Always remember that on Pixabay, you can still get claims even if you have a license. So if you want to be safe and don't want to invest in a paid music license, stick to RUclips Studio's free music library. I don't use Pixabay because you can never be sure when someone will claim your video, even if you have a license. @@AatikaKhanTheDarkHorse Epidemic sound and other company having same song liscense gives copyright. But I have some thing for you. You can use song from Canva less then 30 sec .most cases you don't get copyrighted

@@AatikaKhanTheDarkHorse see you won't lose your channel by using music. They just give copyright claim and take our revenue. I have got 100 of times claim from epidemic, I do mail them and dispute them they do release my claim. But some company aren't good that. hope it helps 😊

I've never received a claim for a sound effect. I think Canva has a lot of free sound effects, and it's harder to prove that a particular sound effect comes from a specific creator, unlike music, which is more recognizable. I've also never received a claim for using videos or images. If you have Canva Pro or even use Canva for free, you shouldn't run into any trouble. If you do receive a claim, just contact support. As a Pro user, you are supposed to have a license for everything you download for one-time use.

When you use free music, there are risks involved. One of the risks is that the person who uploaded the music to Pixabay might not be the actual owner, so you might need to use different music. Remember that, just like you create a video and want to earn money from it, the music creator has invested time and money to create it. Therefore, as a free user, you need to have the proper license. It's not greedy to want to make money from your hard work on the creation of the music, especially if someone stole it and uploaded it to Pixabay, or if the owner wants to earn from their creation, and the license on Pixabay allows you to use it but requires payment through Content ID. However, sometimes you can use Pixabay music completely free. You just need to upload it to RUclips as unlisted and wait for all copyright claims to clear. If some music isn't approved, and it can take up to 30 days according to RUclips, then you can change it and upload it again without the problematic music. If one claim is removed and another isn't, and you don't want to wait longer before publishing the video, then edit out the problematic music and upload again.
