Hello Sandal Family! They still build this home all throughout Central florida, I would say the land would be about 5500-7000 sq ft depending on which lots are available. Hello carmen!!! This home is in Tavares, Florida not too far from Clermont. The home currently starts at $420,000!!! With smaller homes starting at $375,000 in this community

Luckily this part of Central florida doesn't suffer much from sink holes, more common in Tampa and some of North Central Florida. Developers and engineers do a good job making sure the development of the land is good as well.
